"Class! We have a new student!" Tori's kindergarden teacher, Ms. Cher, told the class with a smile.
Standing in front of the class was a boy with a green dress, socks with stars on them, and a flower in his hair. Tori thought he looked really cute, and the dress only added to his cuteness.
"Hi! I'm Edward Gold, but you can just call me Edd!! I like the color green, frogs, and ummm...Lightning McQueen! Ka-chow!" Edd exclaimed happily, striking a pose and showing his Lightning McQueen crocs. (#relatable)
"Ok, Edd, take a seat next to the girl in the red shirt." Ms. Cher said, pointing to Tori. Tori smiled at Edd nervously. Edd nodded and skipped over to Tori. "Hello! What's your name?" Edd asked, grinning. "I'm Tori." Tori replied, wiping her sweaty palms on her shorts and holding a hand out for a handshake, trying to seem mature.
Edd shook her hand eagerly. "What do you like?" he asked. "I like trains, and, um, the color red, and trees. I once climbed a tree all the way to the top!" Tori responded. Edd looked at her with starry eyes, he seemed impressed. "Wow! That's so cool!" he exclaimed. Tori blushed, and smiled at him. "Thanks."
Soon, the bell rang for recess, and once outside, Tori grabbed Edd's hand and said, "I want to show you something." "Ooh! What is it?" Edd asked excitedly. "It's a suprise!" Tori replied, leading Edd to the far side of the grassy field.
Tori let go of Edd's hand, reached down, and picked up a frog from the ground and put it in Edd's hands. Edd squealed and giggled. "A frog! I love frogs!" he cheered. "There are a lot of frogs in this area." Tori pointed out.
Everything was wonderful until a group of boys came up to them. "Hey! New kid? Why are you wearing a dress?" one of the boys said. "Because I like dresses! They make me feel pretty." Edd responded happily. "Boys can't be pretty. Boys are supposed to be manly and play soccer." the boy said, then punched Edd roughly in the arm.
This infuriated Tori. "Hey! Don't do that!" she shouted. "Why not?" the boy sneered. Tori gritted her teeth. "Because if you do I'll do..." Tori pulled two water guns out of her pocket and smirked. "This!" she yelled, squirting him in the face.
The boy screeched and ran away, his goonies following him. "Hah. Coward." Tori growled. Then she turned to Edd. "Are you okay?" she asked, putting a hand on his arm. "I'm fine! Thanks for saving me! You're the best friend ever!" Edd exclaimed, then giving Tori a kiss on the cheek.
Tori blushed and said, "No problem, Edd. I'm a tough girl." The bell rang to go inside, and Tori picked Edd up bridal style and carried him inside.
-17 years later-
Tori and Edd were on a date for their one year anniversery. They were walking around town, everything was going great, until a guy with big muscles came up to Edd and asked, "Sir, you are aware that you're wearing a dress IN PUBLIC, right?" Then, the guy looked down at Edd's shoes. "And Lightning McQueen crocs?" (I'M NOT SORRY)
"Yes, I'm aware of that." Edd said with a smile, cheerful as ever. "Are you gay, or retarded, or what?" the guy growled. "Uh-" Before Edd could answer, he asked, "Is this your sister?"
"No, actually, this is my wife!" Edd replied, grinning and intertwining his fingers with Tori's. Tori sent a warning glare to the guy. "You married him? Willingly? I'm pretty sure he's gay, ew." he said, making a disgusted face.
"Actually, I'm-"
"Can it, weirdo."
Then, Tori snapped. "Leave him THE HELL alone! He can wear a dress if he wants to! BOYS CAN WEAR DRESSES, I REPEAT, BOYS CAN WEAR DRESSES! And he's not gonna stop wearing them just because of your stupid opinion! He looks more beautiful in a dress than any girl ever could, so kindly LEAVE ME AND MY HUSBAND ALONE, AND FOCUS ON YOUR OWN SAD LITTLE LIFE! JEEZ!" Tori shouted, as many people stared at her.
The guy stared at her in amazement, and Tori huffed and picked up Edd bridal-style, walking away from him.
"Thanks, Tori. I love you, sweetie." Edd thanked, smiling at her. "Your welcome, honey. I love you, too." Tori replied, kissing her husband's forehead.
Then they all lived happily ever after. (Except for that jerk guy)
