"I'm so sorry Ellie," he said 

"No don't say that. That's your way of saying goodbye and it's not, "I said stuttering a little.

"Harry!" The figure quickly pulls out the dagger, drops it next to him and makes a run for it as he starts to fall to the ground.

"Dixie ?" Liam said before chasing after her.

"What you drinking there?" she said leaning looking towards me.

"I want you to forget you ever met her," Ryan said

"I'll forget!"

"Harry!" Ellie said

"Who are you?" 

"Who is she?" 

"Louis, don't tell him," Liam said.

"I wasn't going to tell him, I was going to make him remember," he said. He put his hand on my chest. 

"It was her," he said

(Ellie's POV)

Why did he have to go? Why does he always have to suffer? All I could feel was the pain and guilt inside as I held Harry's dead corpse. Why did he have to die? and who was the murderer? I did hear Liam say 'dixie' but couldn't be her? I stroked a few hairs off his forehead into his locks as I felt his lifeless body grow colder like a block of ice in a freezer.

"I've only just got him back,"  I said looking up at Louis. Why did any of this happen? It was because of me. If I hadn't come back from the portal and let him be this wouldn't be happening. He would be hurt but it would be better than dead. 

"I didn't even get to say hello never mind goodbye," I said trying to hold in any tears, putting on a brave face. I looked back down at Harry and moved his sliding hand back onto his body. 

"She can't hear you harry," Louis said suddenly as if Harry was there talking to him. What ... who did he just say? Was this a joke? I looked towards him making sure I wasn't hearing things. I saw that Niall and Louis were looking at an empty space between them, just in front of me. 

"What's up?" Niall asked as if nothing had happened. I looked at Niall and Louis with complete confusion. What are they on about? I looked back at Harry feeling sick. But as Zayn approached the situation, they all looked towards the empty space again, making me feel crazier. Zayn kneeled next to me and put his arm around me to comfort me. 

"He's here Ellie," he stated. 

"We can see him, his soul is still here" he carried on

"What?" I said confused. Are they trying to comfort me by pretending he's there?

"Vampires can see and hear dead vampires," Zayn said. I laughed it off feeling angry that they thought it would be funny to joke about the dead, their friend. 

"If this is part of your dark humor, wrong timing," I commented laying Harry on the ground. 

"It's true El," Zayn reassured not giving me much to believe. 

"Then where is he?" I asked. 

"His physical presence isn't here but his human soul is," Louis explained

"He is - was a vampire," I stated, correcting myself, hating the new pretense I now have to put Harry in. 

"A human turned vampire. It's classed as a curse for a reason. Once his soul left his cursed body, the souls are taken to a different level. They can watch over everything and everyone but they can never live." Niall explained. I watched as Zayn started to take my body with Louis's help, both lifting at the same time, taking his body away. I saw where Niall was looking and looked in the space. 

"He said he still loves you and to go to the cabin the woods?" Niall repeated sounding confused. I walked up to the empty space and chanted. 

"Sit ut praesentia animae" I whispered. I felt the wind from the space create a small outline of his body before it vanished, leaving a strong wind where he would be. I took a step back in shock.

"Harry?" I spoke, smiling that it was true what Niall said. He was here. 

*Flashback*

"Ellie," Harry said looking at me. He was holding me whilst we were lying on the bed, his arm wrapped around my waist as I snug my head onto his chest. 

"Yeah" I commented looking up at him, his green eyes glowing as they looked ahead of me, getting lost in something that was on his mind.

"If anything ever happens to me," He stated.

"What do you mean?" I asked straight away, interrupting him not wanting to have this conversation yet. 

"If I ... die-" He continued taking him time to say the thing no one should hear. 

"Why are you saying this now?" I asked, leaning away from his touch and sitting up so I could see what he was talking about. He lent on his arm, still laying on his side as I brought the cover-up to cover myself. 

"Well everything that's been going off with your dad, I think it would be good to play it safe have precautions," He explained himself, his index finger flowing up and down my arm, the cold touch sending me wild. 

"I will make sure nothing happens to you. You have my word." I stated, taking my hand and placing it on his cheek. He placed his hand on top of mine and smiled.

"Yeah ... but just in case, come to this house" He continued

"Why?" I asked laughing. Why here? If anything were to happen to him, this would be the last place I would think of. 

"Just come here, you'll understand god forbid the time comes," He said. He took my hand, kissing the top and then pulled me so I was on top of him, making me giggle as he took my head in his hands and pressed his lips onto mine. 

*flashback over*

"How can this be happening?" I said stuttering a little, remembering back to that sweet weekend away.  

"It's real Ellie and he told me to tell you to go to the house and to not worry about the body because we'll take care of it." He replied. I watched as Zayn and Louis gave up on human speed and both vampire sped away with what remained of Harry. 

"Okay, " I said nodding understanding what I needed to do next. 

"Do you want me to come with you?" Niall asked, being polite. 

"Thanks but this is something I need to do," I replied. I started walking towards the Cabin in the woods. I felt his presence next to me as the wind caught my hand as I walked down the hill. There has to be a way to bring him back. I have the power to, this will not be the end for him.
