Chapter 2

I was backstage at the Liberty Theater in New York city with my best friend Savvy Crawford.We were doing our homework when Lin brought in his 4 year old son Sebastian. Sebastian is adorable, but Savvy and I have big girl homework to do and it's hard to do with a 4 year old. Oh, have I not told you yet? I just got my first Broadway role!! My role is a 11 old girl named Calla, and guess what!! Savvy plays my twin sister! Her character's name is Camari it's said like C marhi. Mine's said C all ah. Lin plays my dad and get this my mom plays my mom!! Isn't that funny? Anyway Lin said that his wife, Ms Vanessa had to work and he couldn't find a babysitter. After that mommy came into the big dressing room, where we were and said that Savvy and I had gotten a private dressing room to share! We were so excited!
   Our dressing room was HUMONGOUS!!! It was so quiet too! But I think anything's gonna be quiet compared to Sebastian. Savvy and I had just gotten settled in when we got the call for 5 to places. So we had to get to our props into place for the top of act one. That's our little policy, Savvy and  me . We get ready like last touches on props and stuff at the 5 to places call.
  Wow! We just finished the act one dress rehearsal! It's like 10:00! We still have act 2, oh boy! So we have a fifteen minute break till the start of act two! So we start previews this weekend. For this show we have a preview for some schools tomorrow. The show is really cool!
  It's like midnight! Mommy and I just got home. I think daddy's asleep. Mom said that if we both aren't too tired and it's ok with her parents that Savvy could spend the night tomorrow!
