Big Hero 6 One Shots

New Year

I know it's no where close to New Years but go with it, I thought this would be a good way to end this. Anyway, a kadomatsu will be mentioned. It's a decoration used in Japan for the celebration of New Year's. I will also add the ball drop. I thought since the movie consist of American and Japanese I would put in both cultures. Hope that's alright but anyway please, enjoy!

Third Person Pov

The boys woke up early in the morning after their aunt yelled for them to come down for breakfast. Tadashi imminently got up and got dressed for the special day. Hiro however, was a lot slower. Generally he wasn't a morning person.

After they got ready, they made there way down stairs, passed the kadomatsu, and walked into the kitchen. They looked at the table and saw a bigger breakfast laying there then normal. "Good morning boys." She says in a cheery voice.

Tadashi gave a warm smile while Hiro let out a groan. "Why so early Aunt Cass. And what's with the abnormally large breakfast?" He asks while studying the food on the table.

Aunt Cass came with a smile and sat down the last plate of food. "Well considering you two have a special gathering with your friends tonight I thought I might as well make a special breakfast." She says with a smile. Hiro's eyes went wide into realization right after she said that. "Tonight's New Years!" He yells while looking at decoration and breakfast.

Both Tadashi and Aunt Cass chuckled and both sat down with Hiro following behind. "Forgot already? You seemed excited about it yesterday." Tadashi says while smiling down at his little brother. Hiro scowled at him and then took a bite of his food. Tadashi chuckled and then followed pursuit.

Line Break

The brothers waved at their aunt, and hopped into their friends car. Hiro rolled down his window, and waved at his aunt one more time as they pulled away. "Bye boys! I'll see you tonight. Love you!" He heard his aunt yell as they drove off. He smiled, and then rolled up his window.

"Soooo, you guys excited about tonight?" Honey asked with a large smile. Everyone nodded with the same smiles on their faces. Though Fred's was the largest. "I know I am. So pumped for tonight's party!" Fred yelled with joy.

Everyone laughed all except Tadashi who had an uneasy facial expression. Gogo noticed and rolled her eyes. "Don't worry. It's a kid friendly party if that what your worried about." Gogo said, knowing her friend was worried about the party being to adult for his little brother.

At that, Tadashi relaxed a bit, and smiled. Hiro looked between the two with a shocked/angered expression. "Come on! I'm getting old enough to be able to-"

Hiro stopped in mid sentence after he notice the glare his brother was given him. He opened his mouth again to protest further, but decided not to. He huffed, and then turned his head to the window. Tadashi seemed pleased, and looked back forward with his usual smile.

After the drive, the gang came upon a  store that was still open. "It's opened?" Wasabi asked while looking at the open sign. Everyone responded with a shrug or nod. "Well there's another sign over there stating there's a sale on New Years items." Honey said while pointing over to the sign.

Everyone looked at it with silence until Fred broke it. "Well let's check it out!" He yelled with a smile. Everyone agreed to the idea, and walked out of the car, and into the store.

Honey smiled as she took pictures of her friends dressed in New Years  accessories such as necklaces, hats, sunglasses, and etc.
