Chapter 1

The standard prison issued Keds make no sound as I slinked my way through the corridor. I can't believe I'm doing this. Maybe I should just leave him out of my escape? No, I can't think like that. The break out was going to be fairly easy. Several weeks ago I memorized every crevice of this prison. Now, I was putting my memory to test.

My cellmate, Johanna, was following behind me just as silently. If I hadn't of decided to bring her along, I wouldn't have known she was there. I turn my head to the left ever so slightly and she got the message. Good. She's a fast learner.

I go right in search of my target; she goes left in search of our escape route. We already know where it is but we must keep it clear of the prowling guards. I stop in front of the break room. I have to think of a way to kill my target.

Shooting him would be the easiest; but the noise would surely attract attention. I could always stab him... but no, I refused to get caught with any sharp object. Choking him would take slower but it'd work just the same.. no they'd get my fingerprints.

As I'm mentally slapping myself for not thinking of a method earlier, I remember the 7 mysterious red pills Johanna gave me. She had told me before we left, "Just in case." I smile in the dark. Even when she didn't know, she knew

I quietly and quickly ground one pill at a time in my hands turning them into a powder. I grabbed the water from my oversized jacket pocket and poured all the powder in. I glanced into the single, slit in the door and saw my target was the only one in the room. How lucky for me.

I open the door and walk in. He sees me immediantly. "Amelia," he purrs at me. "how wonderful you could make it." I smile at him in a flirty way as I position myself on his lap.

"There's no way I'd miss a chance at being with you." I bite my bottom lip before I kiss him hard. He grabs my thighs and I resist the urge to roll my eyes or hit him. This was my job. Getting close to the target after he told me what I needed to know, right before I killed him. This time, the poor man only knew something small, even though there was hardly any importance to the information, it could be deadly.

I break my kiss with him and he grunts. "Baby," he starts but I cut him off.

"Here, drink this." I take my bottle out of my pocket and he looks at me strangely. I lean into him so our noses almost touch, "your mouth is kinda dry." I pout and he laughs.

"Give it to me." I smile proudly and hand him the water. He's so gullible. He drinks over half of it without breaking eye contact with me. I give him about a minute or two. "Where were we?" he asks me.

"Listen, Henry," I say getting off his lap. "this just, isn't gonna work." I shrug at him and he stands up quickly. Too quickly. His mouth starts foaming white as blood comes from his nose. I take a step back unsure what I just did to  him.

When the foam is gone blood is pouring out of his mouth and hes weezing on the ground. His fingernails start to bleed and so does his eyes. I bend down to his convulsing body and slighly touch his head. He's hot. I stand back up and swiftly leave the room.

Someone will find his body, and someone will blame someone else. It's like this every kill I or anyone else in the company makes. I guess its their way to ensure they'll never get caught. I run quietly to where Johanna is waiting and she looks me over.

"Did you use the pills?" She whispers to me and I nod. She smiles slighlty and I take the lead. We go down a few stairs, take a few turns, and then we make it to an unmarked janitor restroom. We go in and open the top of the toilet up. There are two plastic bags with a business outfit in each one.
