⭐Chapter 1⭐

Denis's POV

" Can I just skip today's schedule? " I groaned. " Only if you took extra schedule tomorrow. You know we got duties on our shoulder " My dad said. " Oh geez, finally! " I throw my hands up on the air, frustrated.

Finally I got a chance to find someone that I could admire. My dad never knew but I'd like the person I met to be next to me when I took over the throne after my dad. " I'll go out now, dad " I said. " Alright, son. Be careful " He said as he walked back into his office. I started to made my way towards my room to change into something comfortable. Maybe just a plain shirt and normal pants might work. I don't want to pull off any sort of attention when I get out there.

After I finish changing my clothes, I walked out of my room then straight for the main gate of the castle. I already told the guard that I'd be back sooner or later. The moment I walked into the kingdom's village, I could see people working. Selling things, making weapons in the blacksmith and some only lived normally. I wished that I could help the poor people when I'm the next heir of the throne. The good thing is that not many people knows on what I looked like. That's a great thing since being kept in the castle feels like being in the prison. I knew a lake near the forest and I wondered if I could rest myself there.

I continue to walk towards the forest but then turn into the bushes. It's not that deep into the forest but hard to be found. It took me about couple of minutes to get to the lake since I kind of forgot the direction. { No there are no GPS back in the medieval century }

The moment I stepped near the lake, I saw someone sitting on top of a rock. He looks like he's tired or something. I crouch down onto the ground and inspect on what he's doing. He seemed so tired. I could see the black and purple ish tent under his eyes. He's restless? The moment he decided to sleep, his body stayed still. It seems safe at first but I know if he continue to do that he'll fall into the water. I waited for a couple of minutes before he falls asleep completely.

I quietly climbed out of the bush then towards the guy. He really is a small guy. I slowly pick him up bridal style and then I walked over to a shady tree. I slowly put him down and made him sit against the tree. I then sit somewhere else nearby and lie down, looking at the sky.

First chapter is settled. Second chapter will be edited soon and please note that if there are empty or blank chapters it means that it was currently being edited. You'd have to wait couple of hours or a day for it to be finished.
