True lies

                We walked in absolute silence, out from the festival streets to the main city. I walked with Sean while Rose and Warren followed us behind. I could hear Rose continuously complimenting the city's charm, friendly environment and people. She was continuously flirting with Warren. I smiled at the thought at what she was doing but then my smile faded away. Here, I and Sean were walking silently behind Drake. It was an awkward silence.  

                Drake, He was a very Rude person. He didn't even bother to turn around and even smile or talk. He continuously ignored me and Rose.He was walking alone in front of us, moving his hands in his hair and showing a sign of frustration. After few minutes, He stopped and  turned to see us.

                       "Okay, So I guess I will leave here, You guys can enjoy your date and...And i will still be here." He said looking confused.

"It's not a date! Plus okay we will meet you at the grid."  Sean smiled, "We have an assignment from the King, To complete."

Drake went down into a dark street.

"So umm....Assignment?" I said trying to make a conversation, "Drake, Does he live here?"

"If you are thinking to give him a surprise visit." Sean winked, "So no! he Does not live here. He is just trying to get away from here. He is not much of a ladies man."

I faked a smile. "So.. What assig.."  Before I could complete my question Sean interrupted. 

"You did not tell me, Where are you from, Anastasia?"  Sean said, saying my name politely.

"Well, I.. We" I was confused, "We are from the Pedro village" I said shyly moving my eyes down, "You must be thinking low of us? Don't You?"

He moved my chin up to face him and smiled, "No! Why would I?"  He said looking down at my pendant, "It might be personal, But How come you have this sapphire pendant? Is it yours??"

"I was going to ask you the same thing!"  I exclaimed.

"yeah.. Its kind of mine. What About you?" He replied while looking behind us at Warren. I felt like he nodded.

"Yes, its mine. Its of my family." I said taking a deep breath, "What do you mean by kind of?"

"Well I wear to find the.........find you!" He smirked.

"Me? Find me?  "  I shouted at him, "Let me guess. Mrs cooper send you here after me! To find me? To bring me back? "

"I have no knowledge of any Mrs. Coopher. Moreover, Nasia! I have been trying to find you for years. Your family is finding you!" Sean said with tense expressions.

"My.. My FAMILY?" the word echoed in my ears for a minute. "My family is alive? They are trying to find me? Oh My, I can't believe." I shouted at Sean with excitement. 

Everything, our talk was so small but informative I should say. My ambition for coming over was easily about to complete...

I could feel tears in my eyes. I turned around to tell Rose. Rose? Rose?  There was no one behind us. Rose was nowhere nor Warren. 

"Rose? Rose! Where is she?" I shouted at Sean. 

"hey! relax.. Don't worry! I asked Warren to take her to the other street so we could talk privately." Sean said cupping my face in his hands.

"I guess that is why you nodded Looking back?" I said looking like a dumbo and smilig over his touch on my face. He was kind and friendly. He was nice. NICER than anyone has ever been.

"Yes. And yes your family is alive."  he smiled, "You are here to find your family, Aren't you?"

"Yup!" I nodded my head already imagining my family. I would see my family. My father, My mother..  My siblings. Everything will be the same like I imagined. I will at last have a happy life. I will have my Happily ever after. I smiled at the thought.

"You have the pendant, Sean!" I exclaimed in worry, "Does it mean... you are family? you are my brother?" I asked shyly.

"Well Hell no!! I am not your brother. THANKFULLY!" he laughed.

I blushed. 

"How do they know that I am here? Why did they sent me away? Whats the connection of this pendant? Where are they?" I said hitting him with a lot of questions.

"Heeeyyy... Patience! I will tell you everything." He said smiling "But.... before I tell I need to confirm."

"Confirm? Confirm what?" I shouted.

"Are you sure This pendant is yours?"  He asked.

"Of course! It is mine." I said angrily, " You. You don't trust me??" I said rolling my arms around my chest.

"Well. Apologies.I need to confirm it is yours, sweetheart." He smiled.

"That damn smile." I winked.

"I know many girls die over it" He chuckled, "But I need to be sure. Or else ur family would be really angry!"

I knew what I have to do even if I regret it. "Fine. I will tell you everything about How I got this pendant and stuff. But you need to Promise you will take me to them!" 

He smiled again and gestured me to sit on the near bench and said, "I am listening."
