(AUTHORS POV)

The night was silent as if it already had the prescience of the darkness that was meant to come. As if it was already scared and mourning for the loss of light. It knew that it cannot earn light now. Not anymore. No matter how much it wanted, the light was gone. Price Calvin, the light of his mother's eye and the lion of his father's heart, was no more the same Prince. He has resided darkness into the depths of his heart. He was ready to kill, to take revenge. For he was wronged and betrayed. He drew a veil of darkness and tyranny across his heart.

A cool breeze blew all across the training ground. But it seemed to stop in horror near Calvin. As if it knew what this man could do to it if it touches him. It knew that this man himself is Fire and if the cool breeze touched him , it will only burn. For though, Calvin had become a man, a real lion ready to kill and tear apart his enemies. He was determined to kill whoever wronged his father and him.

Calvin's men had been training to kill the betrayers. His men were as loyal as Horse. Ready to go wherever Calvin directed them. Ready to die for him, ready to kill for him. Calvin had their reins in his hands, wherever he pushed them to, they were ready to move.

Calvin stood on the upper balcony of the training ground. This training ground was far away from the city mains. He would only come here once a year since his father died to see his men and train with them. He was known as the best fighter now. Nobody was ever save from his sword. Once he raised his sword it will only lower when he was done killing. This was one of the reasons why his father called him His LION. Calvin was never scared. He was as courageous as a wolf.  He had killed all the men who betrayed his father and overthrew his thrown. But now,  Only one remained. And then it was Jonathon's turn to pay.

"Do you think our plan will work?" Drake asked standing with Calvin on the balcony.

Calvin sighed while looking at his men training on the ground, " Well, it should work. There is no place for mistakes or regrets now." he said looking at Drake.

Drake's hair fluttered in the cool breeze. While Calvin stood still unaffected by anything.

"What if its a trap?" Draked questioned, " I am saying it again."

"I dont think its a trap, even if it is. We will be fine. Jonathon wants us to kill Ricardo. So that the So called King Johnathon can catch us." Calvin replied with arched eyebrows ."me, to be more specific."

With that Calvin turned around and went into a small room where his armor and weapons were. Drake followed him.

"I promised ur mother and swear my life to save urs. You dont have to do this. I can go and Kill that moron." Drake said.

"Ricardo was the closest man to my father. My father trusted him with his life and our lives. Ricardo was his Army chief. But he betrayed my father when he sided with Jonathon. He revolted the army against my father. He killed him" Calvin said angrily, thumping his fist on the wall, "He chose Jonathon because he wanted more. He wanted more power. If it wouldn't have been him my father would have been alive. No explosion, No betrayal, no deaths."
