Today, I'd forgotten that I was going to post this and didn't remember until now. Since early this morning, I was reading a book about of Group of teens who had electrical abilities called the electroclan. It would take longer than I'd like to tell what the book series is about, but I just finished the latest instalment of the series and when I remembered about this drawing I figured I'd post it as tribute xD. I also wanted to name it after the 6th/current instalment of the series Fall Of Hades.
I took it as a sign and decided to post it today

This drawing was a reference from my mind. Mean I created it ^^ I don't know what it is about me and cities like this. I've trapped them in an eye and now I've put them in the midst of this storm. What could I possibly do to them next? xD
The city is being reflected as much as it can be in the body of water behind it. Some buildings exposed, some not at all.
