Your POV
"Zero? You OK?" You asked him.

"Yeah, it's just---"

"I'm back." Said headmaster bursting through the door. Zero looked at you again before he got up. The headmaster came to sit back in the chair and started wrapping your ankle with the bandage.

"Is all that really necessary?"

"Yes, it'll make your cuts heal faster and let you get back on your precious little feet my child!" He said cheerily. Zero left as he couldn't handle all the excitement that was going on with the Headmaster.

You hear two knocks on your door.

"(Y/N), can I come in?" Zero asked.

"Yeah, sure." When he opened the door you were putting your (H/L) (H/C) hair in a bun and feeling the bite marks that Kaname had left you with that night. Zero noticed them again.

"What happened with the bite marks?" He asked walking towards you.

"It's noting, just -um a little scratch."

"That looks deeper than a "little scratch". You know I'm not stupid you dammed liar." You took a deep breath in, steadying yourself to tell him the truth. He had the right to know, didn't he?

"Kaname bit me after classes today," You turned around seeing he was directly behind you. He was standing so close to you that you started to smell the blood that was flowing inside of him.

You considered this weird seeing as you had never picked up the smell of blood before, even though you were a transitioning vampire.

"I'm not really sure as to why be did it but I did try to stop him. He was way stronger then I was considering I still don't have my abilities." You sigh, every one of your thoughts coming to you at once.

"I'm a supposedly a Pureblood so does that even make sense, why am I lacking in everything?" Zero stared at you with the slightest look of sympathy that he could give you.

You felt like breaking down and letting all of the emotions and thoughts that had been weighing you down come out. You knew you could do that with Zero

"There's a chuck of my memory missing from like two days ago and...and," You looked at him now, while shaking, and saw that he was definitely worried about you. He opened his arms out and hugged you tightly.

This came as a shock considering that he's supposed to be cold-hearted towards vampires since the incident with his family. He was nice to you and it made you feel all types of ways.

You clutched his shirt as tight as you could, no longer caring for any space to be in between the two of you. "I'm scared Zero, and I don't know what to do." she started to cry once more.

"Stop crying OK," He caressed you and kissed your forehead before pulling you off his shirt gently. "I don't know why I'm so nice to you. I hate vampires, mostly Kuran's now," My point exactly you thought to yourself. " I just don't like to see you like this." Zero stated.

"Sorry I guess I'm emotional about not really knowing where I "fit in" you know." You laughed then wiped your face free of tears.

"No need to apologize for it. I understand how you feel." He moves to go and sit down on the floor next to the bed, leaning his head back. "Everything was kind of messed up after the attack. My brother and I just weren't on good terms. I thought he died."

"Oh yeah, I keep forgetting about that. How is he anyway?"

"Ichiru? We don't talk, heck I'm better off without him."
