Well, the ball finally came and everyone in the mansion we Ciel, Finny, Mey-Rin, Bard, Sebastian, Lizzy and her family. Which in clued her, her mom and dad, and her older brother. Then when I finally got the guts to go down stairs Lizzy grabbed my hand and pulled me to Ciel and her family. "Umm, Lizzy what are you doing?" I asked.
"Silly I'm taking you to meet my family." She said, the answer I hope she wouldn't say. "Mother, Father, Edward," Lizzy said running to them. "This is Dani, Dani this is my mother, my father and Edward my brother. Lizzy's mom was a pretty girl, she had blonde hair that was put back with one piece down the front that was down like Lizzy's hair. She has green eyes and a pretty dress that touched the floor. Her name was Frances Midford. Next to her was Lizzy's dad, Alexis Leon Midford. He was wearing a white suit with a blue tie and his blonde hair combed back. He also had green eyes and a mustache with a little beard. Last was her brother, Edward. Edward had blonde hair that was brushed but looked messy. He had green eyes and was wearing a hat with a blue ribbon around it. He was also wearing a black suit and a blue ribbon tied into a bow around his neck. Edward didn't seem happy to be here and he didn't care who saw.
They looked like I have seen them before, but how could I if it was in the future then they wouldn't be alive?
It was fun, everyone was dancing and even Edward danced with me. Which I saw Sebastian check on me to see if I was dancing right. Edward fought with Ciel about who Lizzy deserved later in life. Edward keep saying that Lizzy was wasted on Ciel and how he didn't want to give up Lizzy to the likes of Ciel. All Ciel did was disagree on it. Lizzy and Alexis was telling jokes to make each other laugh. Frances was bugging Sebastian about his hair and the way it looked. I thought I wasn't going to have a bad time but I had an amazing night.
Around nine o' clock a tall man who I have never seen was calling everyone to dinner. "Hey Ciel, who was that man?" I asked as he walked off.
"Oh, he is my house steward, Tanaka." Ciel said as if he forgot. Tanaka was old and had gray hair with brown eyes. He was wearing a white shirt with a black jacket over it and gray pants with black stripes going down. He had an eye spectacle on his right eye.
We sat around the table, Ciel sat upfront, and then on the right was Lizzy, Edward, and me. On the left was Sebastian standing up serving everyone, then Frances, and last was Alexis. The servants stayed out of the way. The food was really good and if it was decorated then Lizzy would say they were so cute. "So Dani where did you come from?" Edward asked.
"Umm, I am from..." I tried to think of something.
"Dani's parents are an old friend of my mother and father." Ciel said.
"But Ciel I was with you. You didn't know who she was." Lizzy said.
"Well that's because I only meet her once and it was so long ago, that I simply forgot." Ciel said to convince them.
"Well, what brings you here Dani?" Frances asked.
"Well, my mother died when I was little and my father is really busy right now. So, in conclusion my father asked Ciel if I could stay here and study with him because he was worried about me not talking to anyone but who is in our house." I said trying to continue Ciel's plan.
After that it was just questions like "What's your favorite food?" or "Who do I like?" things like that.
"So how long are you staying Dani?" Alexis asked.
"Well, I guess as long as Ciel lets me." I said smiling remembering that I'm here for two years. I turned to see Sebastian say something to Ciel and then Ciel walked to the front of the stairs.
"Thank you, everyone for coming to my party. I am sorry to say that is now over." Ciel said.
"Oh Ciel it was so much fun. Thank you so much!" Lizzy said running over and hugging Ciel.
"Elizabeth that is not how a lady acts." Frances said then added, "Ciel I am proud of how well you can manage your house. Great job with the party." she went up to Ciel and gave him a hug.
"It was nice seeing you Ciel. I wish you would come over more." Alexis said then sneaked a hug.
"I still don't approve of giving my sister to you Ciel, but good job making her happy and doing this." Edward said messing up his hair. Then everyone left and it was quiet again.
I walked to my room and was about to go to bed when someone knocked on my door. "Yes? Come in." I said. To my surprise who walked in was Ciel. "Hi Ciel." I said but he didn't speak.
"Can you please tell me the truth about you? Please tell me, when I'm around you I feel like I should protect you but I don't know why." Ciel said.
"You won't believe me but I am from England but not from here." I said waiting for an answer.
"You’re not from London?" he asked as if that's all I was hiding from him.
"That's not what I mean. I mean I'm not from this time. I'm, I'm, I'm from the future. To me this is the past and I shouldn't be here. I should be with my adoptive parents and my friends. Not here." I said starting to cry.
"Don't cry, I didn't know. I'm sorry." Ciel said.
