Colonel James 'Rhodey' Rhodes, Amy and Tony are at a bar, sitting at a table as they see Joan Rivers making fun of the Iron Patriot suit on TV. Rhodey sitting beside Tony on his right as Amy sits at Tony's left, across from Rhodey.

Rhodey explains to them, "It tested well with focus groups, all right?"

Tony putting on a mocking voice and says, "'I am Iron Patriot!'" Amy chuckles at his voice.

Amy sipping her coke and tells Rhodey, "It sucks."

Rhodey defines, "Listen. 'War Machine' was a little too aggressive. All right? This sends a better message."

Tony sighs and pauses before asking seriously, "So what's really goin' on? With the Mandarin." Rhodey sipping his drink, "Seriously, can we talk about this guy?" Tony takes off his sunglasses and leans closer to Rhodes. Amy crosses her arms and leans on the table to hear better as Tony moves closer to Rhodey.

Rhodey tells Tony, "It's classified information, Tony." He glances at Amy who gives him a look as Tony waits, "Okay, there have been nine bombings."

Tony mutters, "Nine."

Rhodey continues, "The public only knows about three. Here's the thing, nobody can ID a device. There's no bomb casings."

Tony tells Rhodey, "You know we can help. Just ask. We got a ton of new tech. We both got a prehensile suit." He stutters a bit, "I got a... I got a bomb disposal. It catches explosions in mid-air." Rhodey looks at Amy who gestures to Tony with her eyes worriedly.

Rhodey nods at Amy and listening to Tony before asking, "When's the last time you got a good night's sleep?"

Tony answers the question differently, "Einstein slept three hours a year. Look what he did?" Rhodey sighs. Tony turns to Amy accusingly, "Amy. What do you say?"

Amy looks at Tony innocently, "What?" Tony gives her semi-hard expression, "I didn't say anything."

Rhodey defends Amy, "People are concerned about you, Tony. I'm concerned about you."

Tony asks accusingly, "You're gonna come at me like that?"

Rhodey tries to tell Tony, "No, look, I'm not trying to be a dick..." He sees a girl and a boy come up to their table, Rhodey finishes, "...tator."

The girl asks both Tony and Amy, "Do you mind signing my drawings?"

Amy smiles at the girl, "Of course." She looks at the drawing of herself in the Ruby suit and starts to sign her name on it.

Tony says sarcastically and enthusiastically, "If Richard doesn't mind." He looks and says to Rhodes, "You alright with this, Dick?" Amy chuckles at Tony's joke.

Rhodey chuckles and answers, "Yeah. Fine with me."

Tony looks at the drawing of himself in his Iron Man suit that the girl has drawn and asks, "What's your name?"

The girl answers with a smile, "Erin." Amy writes some more before finishing.

Amy tells Erin with a smile, "Here you go, Erin."
