Same Night: Los Angeles
Outside: Chinese Theater

Happy walking away, he's looking down at his hands and sees one of the items that he took from the suitcase after 'accidentally' bumping into Taggert who dropped his briefcase open and Happy helped him pick the items up, but suddenly Savin also 'accidentally' bumps into him.

Savin turns to Happy and asks sarcastically, "What are you doing, buddy? You out by yourself? A little date night? Watching your favorite chick flick maybe?"

Happy answers back just as sarcastic, "Yeah, a little movie called The Party's Over, starring you and your junkie girlfriend." He says with a little meaning by 'The Party's Over' as in he got caught and gestures to Taggert behind Savin, "Here's the ticket." Hogan holds up and shows him what he took from Taggert's suitcase.

Savin tells Happy seriously, "No kidding. That doesn't belong to you." Savin goes to take the item from Hogan's hand, but Hogan flinches and Savin grabs Happy's wrist instead, Happy goes and tries to punch Savin but he swiftly moves his head to the side, making him miss.

Happy looking at Savin confused and yanks his wrist out of Savin's grip and successfully punches Savin in the face, making him jerk his head to the side before turning to face Happy again.

Hogan notices Savin's face glowing red and his nose healing, Happy's eyes widen a bit in shock, he goes to punch Savin again but Savin grabs hold of Hogan's arm and with super strength throws him in the air, making him smash a couple of booths and land on the ground.

People now scared, running away screaming. Taggert sucks in whatever is from one of the items in the briefcase and his veins in his face immediately glow red. Bloody and bruised, Happy looks up as Savin walks towards him. Taggert begins to glow more red.

Taggert shouts out, "Savin!" Savin turns to Taggert annoyed and Taggert then growls out, "Help! Help me!" He reaches out for Savin as he turns super hot, Savin jumps for cover as Happy hides behind a cart and Taggert suddenly explodes, causing a massive explosion inside the theatre area which kills many people that were around and wounds Hogan and a few other surviving people.

As the smoke clears, there's many shadow figures on the walls, Happy groans weakly as he gains conscious while he lies injured on the ground and looks over to see Taggert's dog-tags a few feet from him, he weakly points his left hand out to it, then he sees Savin get up from the rumble on the ground, glowing red and healing, walking off and takes out a fresh new gum, chewing as if nothing has happened.

TV Footage / Channels

Another TV footage from The Mandarin as he crushes a pile of fortune cookies with his fist, a gunshot echos. The Mandarin and his men step out of their cars in the middle of a deserted area, "True story about fortune cookies. They look Chinese. They sound Chinese. But they're actually an American invention." His men bring out a few people with a bag over their heads, bringing them to their knees, "Which is why they're hollow, full of lies and leave a bad taste in the mouth." He smashes a few more fortune cookies with his fist, "My disciples just destroyed another cheap American knockoff, The Chinese Theater." Clips of the Chinese Theatre in LA, and shows Happy on a stretcher rushing to an ambulance, "Mr. President, I know this must be getting frustrating. But this season of terror is drawing to a close." A group of children run up to a hooded man, "And don't worry,-" His men raises their guns and cheer, "-the big one is coming. Your graduation." He aims and shoots at a poster picture of The President.
