"Okay, how am I gonna tell her mom, that Mira's a mermaid.." Ashton said to himself.
It was already midnight, he was pacing around in his room for hours.
He ruffled his hair.
"I can't do this!" He said falling on his bed.
Tomorrow, he would have to go and tell Mira's mom that she's a mermaid.
He went in front of his dresser, standing in front of his mirror.
"Hello Mira's mom, I'm Ashton. Yes the cat dad you met at Chuck E Cheese, your daughter is a mermaid." He said making hand motions.
"No, that's to direct.." he said, then falling on his bed he shut his eyes.

The next day, Ashton woke up with a start.
Woke up by his cats, Mimi and Mumu.
Pushing them off of him, he lifted himself up. Then getting on some clothes. He rushed out the door.
"Have a good day!" His mother yelled after him, his father had already went to work.
Walking to Mira's house, he knocked on the door.
A sobbing mother opened the door, cradling her crying child.
"M-Mira.. where is she?" The mother asked him.
"Please, come with me." He said, taking the sobbing middle-aged woman by the hand.
Leading to where, he said he would meet her.
Mira was splashing around in water, when they came.
"Oh, hey mom!" Mira spoke up, smiling bright, waving to the three.
Her mother looked up, the child as well. They stopped sobbing, then the mother putting the child down. She ran into the shallow water, to hug Mira.
"Mira, I missed you so much.." her mother said, cupping her cheeks, breathing out.
"I was only gone for a day~" Mira said floating back, so her tail was showing.
"You.. you have a tail!" Her mother let down shocked.
"Yep I know." Mira said, Javier had run into the water too, being held up by Mira so he wouldn't fall.
"Mi Mi a mermaid!" He said giggling.
"Yeah, but Mi Mi wanna be a human." Mira said, signing looking down into the water.
"We'll get you some help, should I take you to the hospital? See what they can do?" Mira's mom asked.
"Yeah sure, I guess."
"Okay then."
