Danny: BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. My alarm clock went off with an earsplitting ring.

"Damn. I'm not in the mood to go to class today." I mumbled through the pillow over my face. I through my clock to the other side of the room and it shattered when it made contact to the wall. That was the tenth clock this week and every time I come home a new one is by my window, I don't know where they keep coming from.

" Another one, that's the tenth one this week!" said Jazz. Jazz was my older sister, she was smart, beautiful and loved school. So much, she applied to more than ten different universities and they all said yes. But she knew she would miss us, so she went to a really hard, but good university here near home. Jazz loved school, but the only thing she loves more is bossing me around and seeing me in the wrong and correcting me on it.

" well it's not my fault, that thing is so annoying," I said getting out of my bed.

" well you should always be taking care of your stuff or you won't have any nice things." I left her blabbering away in my room and went to go change in my bathroom. I put on a plain light blue shirt with some black skinny jeans and a pair of old dark blue high top sneakers. I quickly brushed my teeth, combed my hair, and put my hair in a messy side braid.

After, I headed my way downstairs to the kitchen. I could smell a buttery and chocolatey delight that traveled it's way upstairs and followed the scent. When entering the kitchen, I saw my younger sister Maddie making breakfast for everyone. I grab a chocolate chip pancake from the table behind her and went running to the living room. I could hear someone whining behind me saying

" hey give that back, we have to eat together as a family!" Maddie always wanted us to eat together and do stuff that a "normal" family would always do. Before I could sit down on the couch Maddie grabbed my hand and started dragging me back to the kitchen table. she aggressively sat me on a chair and gave me a plate and fork. Then she placed a pile of pancakes in the middle of the table and went to the fridge to get some orange juice. I started piling my plate with pancakes and after I add a heavy load of syrup before stuffing my face.

" I thought you liked waffles more than pancakes." giggled Maddie, as she sat next to me. Maddie was always the nicer sister than Jazz or I. She was never the one to get in trouble and always went by the book no matter what other people said. Not to mention her bubbly attitude always attracted people to get to know her and she was kind to everyone no matter how mean or rude they are. I, on the other hand, am a different story. Ever since I was born, I was misunderstood. I say misunderstood because it's not like I intended to get in trouble, it's more like trouble found me and stuck with me. Just ask one of the many names that I have. Teachers think I'm a menace, parents say I'm the bad influence and the neighborhood alone has more names for me. But besides all that, I couldn't give a damn.

" hurry up guys! I need to drop you off so can get to my class on time this afternoon!" called out Jazz from the living room. After I finished eating I put my plate in the sink and went into the living room.

" Jax offered me a ride and Ricky is coming along too. We were going to get coffee before school starts." I told Jazz as I was putting on my black backpack. Jazz nodded giving me her approval.

" What's wrong with your motorcycle?" asked Maddie

" It's in the shop. Alex said I could go pick it up today, so I might come back a little late. But I promise I'll make it back by dinner time." I said, looking at Maddie then back at Jazz. Again she nodded in approval. Two loud honks came from the outside of the house. I waved goodbye to my sisters and headed out the door. As I was about to close the door when I noticed my dad coming out of his office. He noticed me at the door and his calm face turned to a stern one. Before anything else happened, I shut the door and eagerly walked away from it.

I spotted Jax's old fashion black mustang in front of our driveway and ran to the car. I went to the trunk of the car, opened it and threw my backpack inside. I went in the front passenger seat where Jax and Ricky were waiting for me.

" Geez. Someone took their time!" said Jax, very annoyed as he drove out of the block. I only rolled my eyes. Jax was wearing a dark red t-shirt that displayed his muscular figure, which he loved to show off and light brown jeans with his chocolate brown boots and his new watch his dad gave him. I looked back at Ricky who sat in the back seat. He wore his dark blue letterman's jacket with a loose white T-shirt and black jeans with his old dusty black sneakers.

" Hey Danny," said Ricky fist bumping me and then ruffling his short freshly cut messy blonde hair. I looked over at Jax and noticed his brown hair was getting longer than usual.

" you should get a haircut, Jax. It would- " before I could finish he was already shushing me.

" No, no, no, no. Don't even start, I get enough as it is from my mother," exclaimed Jax

" Ha! I bet you're sweating right now with all that hair. " Said Ricky laughing loudly in the back

" Shut up man! I can get a haircut whenever I want!"

" If you get a haircut tomorrow and let Danny tell the hairstylist how to cut it, I will buy you lunch for a week. Deal?" Said Ricky with a cocky smile on his face.

"Whatever man," mumbled Jax. Ricky and I both knew that in Jax terms it meant yes.

After our little argument, we made it to the coffee shop where Ricky got out of the car to go order us the same drink. Jax and I started talking about random things and I slipped in a small conversation on what his haircut should look like, but he shut me down again.

Jax and I have been friends since preschool and we always got in trouble together. He was like my partner in crime and there was never a dull moment of us not causing trouble. His family was rich and elite and the liked it that way. Jax was the second oldest with an older brother and two younger siblings who were twins, one boy, and one girl. He never liked money and always thought it was useless, he'd get mad at his parents whenever they bought him things. His way of thinking was shamed by his parents but glorified by his younger siblings. Jax loved music and anything related to cars and motorcycles.

Ricky, on the other hand, was born into a poor family and after his father died, he decided to do everything he can to make his mother happy. Lucky for him he was an only child, got all the attention in the world. We meet in first grade when I scraped my knee from playing tag with Jax and he helped me clean up and yell at Jax for pushing a girl. Ricky always got us out of trouble and sometimes keep the peace in the group. He was the kind, princely figure to old lady's, young children and every girl that saw him. Not to mention he was an amazing athlete and played almost anything.

They were like the brothers I always wanted and taught me things like playing guitar to driving a car. Besides my sisters, they were the only other people I could be myself around. We also do everything together and wherever we go people know us as the closest friends anyone could only dream about.

Soon Ricky came back with three iced coffee's and Jax went back on the road to head towards hell. I mean school.
