The girl finally arose from her slumber. As she came to consciousness, she felt that her body had already begun to heal. (F/N) quickly scanned her surroundings. She was in a rocky clearing in a rather mountainous area. The camp where she was at previously could be seen down below. A little further away, she saw a group of incredibly strange people. Demons? Travelling entertainers?  Immediately, she began to plan her escape. A deep breath of the cool evening breeze cleared her mind and awoke her senses. The feeling in her hands and feet began to appear although the chest pain was immense. No matter, she would escape from the clutches of these people soon enough. It was then she noticed that her wounds were bandaged up and treated in a familiar way.  A strange sense of Deja-vu echoed through her head. She heard someone approaching.
"Hey. I know you're awake so don't try and hide it."

That voice. It was familiar. It was comforting.

"Yun?" (F/N) mumbled.

Yun stumbled back. Fear and disbelief shone through his blue eyes. He began to cry. Vision blurred, he stumbled backwards as if he had seen a ghost.
"(F.../...N)?"
Too shocked to speak, the pair just stared, tears rolling down their faces.

A cool evening breeze enchanted the atmosphere and ran through (F/N)'s (hair colour) hair. Yun felt drawn towards this person. How long has it been? Almost a year surely.
She spoke. Her mesmerising voice made him blush. Jae-Ha giggled under his breath.

"How long has it been Yun? Look now. Once again, our meetings always in you dressing my wounds!" She smirked.
Yona stared intently at this girl. "Yun, is she your girlfriend?"

...

The red-headed girl was oblivious, air-headed and made her point clear and straightforward.

About half an hour passed and everyone noticed that (F/N) was rather quiet and reserved. Yona, feeling responsible for creating the awkward silence amongst the travellers and therefore took it upon herself to try and relax the atmosphere.

"So (F/N), where do you come from?"

(F/N) faced the ground.
"A small village on the border. It got flattened when the Kai Empire attacked."
Yun froze. Slowly, he turned to face (F/N).
"How was Ik-Soo?"
(F/N) replied harshly. "Don't ask me about the whereabouts of that idiot."
Zeno butt in. "So little miss, where are your parents?"
That harsh voice replied again.
"My mothers dead and I do not know the whereabouts of my father nor brother and quite frankly, do not care."
Yun asked another question.
"How did you get this badly hurt?"

(F/N) looked down at the ground and sulked. Shin-Ah walked over and patted her on the back.
"When the soldiers came, I evacuated all the women and children. I was surrounded and used a small knife in order to defend myself. Three I killed. Five others I wounded. However, I got terribly injured and was thrown against a tree and left to die. Eventually, I got up and stumbled upon a road. A kind farmer evacuating his family gave me a lift to the camp. I haven't eaten since then or to be precise, three days."

Poor Kija. This story shook him and he began to bawl openly and proceeded to wipe his nose on Hak's sleeve, much to Hak's dismay.
(F/N) spoke again.
"More importantly Yun, why did you leave?"
Yun froze. How could he answer? He knew (F/N) felt incredibly betrayed by his past actions. He could tell that (F/N) resented him and was purposely refusing to face him, let alone make idle conversation with him. Perhaps she had completely blocked him out of her world for good?
