Moriko's P.O.V

I was still calling out for the servant to come back. I really had no luck over the last few days. I sighed and brushed some of my brown strands of hair, behind my ear. I was running really low on chakra, I had no idea why. Something in this room was drowning me down of chakra. I'm tired, so very tired.

"Help me!!!!" I screamed again, knowing it was completely useless. I was undeground. who would come down into this kind of place? Oh right, me. I rolled my eyes and decided to summon Tyler again. He keeps me company, most of he time, he understands, I think.

Tyler appeared next to me and frowned, 'May I ask you why you are in a place like....this?'

I facepalmed and replied, "You just did..."

'Sorry,' he whispered, bowing his head at me.

"Can u squeeze through the bars and get the keys? Their hanging giver there." I pointed over to the far side, near the door.

I waited a few minutes later and he still hadn't come back yet.

A small note floated down and I realised it was from Tyler.

Dear Moriko,

Um. I was scared. And poofed, away...

Sincerely Tyler~

Say what now?! I rolled my eyes and scrunched the paper up and threw it, somewhere. I heard it hit something.

Whoops, it was a face.

No one's P.O.V

Madara sighed, rubbing his temples. All the paper work was driving him mad.

Today was his prisoner's execution date. He wasn't quite sure of what to do. Moriko was from the forest clan that died out years and years ago. She's the only one left. I can't afford to kill the last one. They were the branches that connected each nation and village. You see, the forest clan lived in separate parts of the country, protecting and keeping every thing together. But one night, a huge massacre occurred. It was said the whole Forest clan had to be slaughtered all in one room. Moriko knows none of this. Madara was willing to tell her soon.

"Sir!" a voice outside his office door, told him something was up.

"Come in." He ordered.

Madara's servant came marching in an bowed before his master, "Sir," he cried. "The girl you have in prison, was being naughty so I did what you would've done. Lock the door!"

He rolled his eyes at him and took out his sword. "Servant! You either go get my prisoner now, or suffer later!" The tip of the sword was two centimetres away from piercing the servants skin. The servant nodded his head really fast, looking like it was almost going to falling off. Bowing with his head to the ground, and sprinting off out the door.

The servant ventured down the spiral staircase, shivering from the cold and the smoky air. It was like something or someone casted a jutsu on here or someone died, their spirit never leaving. Because of what they have done.

"What have I done to derserve this job?" He sighed and fumbled with his keys. There were three doors before he could get to her. Something about her set him off. Something that was in her eyes but not in her actions. Like she was faking everything she was doing.

Cautiously he tapped on the second door handle and he squeaked the door open coming up to face a angry, frustrated Moriko and he opened his mouth to day something when something came in touch with his face.

Paper.

He screamed.

....

Moriko looked at him wide eyed and started laughing. 0_O

Boys aren't meant to scream. So him screaming made Moriko laugh, not a fake smile or a fake, forced laugh but a true hearted laugh.

Moriko's P.O.V

I laughed. I actually laughed. For what, 6 years? It felt, good.

This was a emotion I have never felt before since...then.

The servant boy came towards me after his 'screaming' session and slap!

My right cheek stung. Pain. I glared at the servant before me, all my happiness drained. "What the fuck was that for?" I bitterly spat to him.

I know, prisoners aren't meant to be mean and nasty, well maybe nasty but prisoners are meant to be obeying. Phff! Obey my ass!

"Madara wants to see you." His time he left the door open and he rushed out. I heard his footsteps fade away. He still hasn't told me why he slapped me. Why?! Don't have the slightest idea.

My instincts told me to run away and hide but my feet told me to walk up the stairs and turn right.

I decided against my instincts and walked out of the cell door only to find a very, very cold and long sword at my throat.

"Care to tell me why you were about to escape?" a deep voice said.

"I-I wasn't! I swear!" I stuttered, pretending to be really scared. I was scared of the sword, that's all. My hands went behind my back and I did three handsigns making Vine Tangle. Dark green vines shot out and tangled themselves around Madara's legs and squeezed really tight, trying to pull him down.

He glared at me and narrowed his sharingan eyes and guess what? I looked into them. That was the worst thing I could've ever done.

Somewhere into the deep forest..

Five voices whispered to each other. The pounding rain poured down, covering up their voices.

"We have to kill her..."

"We can't keep her alive anymore!"

"Enough is enough!"

"Stop we can't do that!"

"We can.."

Loud thunder boomed. A bald man places his hand down onto the wooded floor and listened, feel.

"Mother Nature disagrees with our argument. We must stop," he continued listening and he stared at them wide eyed. "She also says, we must leave her alone and if any of us lays a finger on her, we are well but dead." he stared at everyone's face and sighed.

"We just have to wait."
