Moriko's P.O.V
My eyelids began to feel very heavy and I knew The End was coming.
So after all, fate was cruel to me. What did I ever do?
I sighed and closed my eyes, ready for when ever The End wanted to pull me towards it when I heard footsteps, slow but steady.
The doll of me moved like it was just waking up and stood up. I was glad the doll me did that, the faint glow of a familiar chakra made my eyes shoot open.
This person had my chakra with them.
What the hell. I frowned and did a black flip, and decided to try one last time to reach the light that was fading away.
I calculated six minutes. Six minutes before The End would finally take over me and drag me away, far away.
Using everything I had left, I pushed through the invisible barrier and stared through my doll's right eye again.
He was standing there with an apple that I clearly recognised and as I stares at his face it was unreadable. My furrowed my eyebrows as I thought about what might be going through his head.
Walking closer to my still standing up figure, he held the apple out, flat on his palm.
A small gasp left me lips as my heart thumped against my chest.
Thump thump thump
Memories came rushing back to me as I stared at the apple disbelievingly. Why was he holding that apple? How is it still fresh and-
"Moriko," Madara's deep voice tore me away from my thoughts, "Connect your chakra with it."
By 'it' he meant the apple. I stared dumbfounded inside my right eye when my doll had not budged at all. How was I suppose to do that when I couldn't move?
Madara's blood red eyes moved and stared at my hazel eyes. My heart hammered against my chest as my breathing became ragged.
"Please." His voice came again, quietly.
I was too shocked to move. Did I miss something? I had never seen this side of Madara before. Him saying please must mean something special. I was about to yell to see if he heard but the walls around me began pushing me back into the darkness. My eyes widened as I gathered chakra and pushed back at it while trying to maintain my focus on Madara's eyes.
Something must have caught his attention because his eyes wavered for a second before closing.
Madara took my doll's hand and placed it on top of the apple.
"Try," he whispered to me, opening his eyes. His eyes were now grey and dull, no longer blood red. Those grey pair of eyes stared down into my own and I panted, not knowing what to do.
What do I do?
The walls started getting tighter and heavy to push and I knew I only had four minuets left.
My heart started beating really fast, I could hear it drumming in my ears. I suddenly had to urge to pick up a rose. But that was kind of impossible. Nothing was here. But I was wrong, the darkness near the bottom of my feet started to grow green and grassy. I knelt down and saw blood red roses, blooming proudly. With a confused look on my face, my hands automatically went down and picked a fresh rose. I yelped and dropped the rose instanly, as I pricked myself. Staring at my finger, the blood slowly dripped off it.
Drip, drip drop.
Drip, drip drop.
I noticed as soon as I had dropped the rose, the grass had vanished underneath me and it was replaced by a bloody rose. A pulse went through my body and my eyes opened wider then ever.
