Chapter 6 <Luke>

My jaw dropped to the floor when she walked in. Man, she looked so good in those jeans. I wanted to go over there and snatch her up but I knew she was still mad. She walked in without a flipping care in the world. She was slaying every single person that she walked by, I swear.  That was the hottest outfit I had ever seen her wear. Out of total shock, I freaked out in my mind of course,  because she was walking towards me. Boots click clopping in my direction.
"Hey Luke, I need to talk to you right now."
" Yeah sure Ashlynn. what's up?"
" Well I thought about what you did with the rebound girl and decided that you are stupid self centered jerk with no life."
" Ashlynn no, why would you say that?"
" Because it's true, if you actually cared about me, you would know that I didn't run from you I ran because you were beating up Michael and I felt awkward.
Number two is that if you cared about me enough you would have never of tooken Calums advice about the rebound chick in the first place!"
"Ashlynn Im so sorry, what can I do to make it up to you and have you be my girl again?"
" Luke you need to get your act together, stop beating up people for no reason, stop being a player, don't take people's advise unless it actually makes sense, and don't be a man hoe."
" I think I can do that. Can I come over to your house later?"
" I guess, but you aren't getting anything so don't expect it."
" that's fine by me."

With all that said, Luke was feeling pretty good about the relationships survival. After all he had surprise in store for his girl Ashlynn. He wasn't sure what he was gonna do yet but it was going to be great.

After class and all that mess, I went to the commons to hang out. There was Ashlynn talking to everybody at my table like nothing has changed. That was a good sign. I walked over there. To meet Ashlynn and she looks at me like she wants me. The problem is I couldn't tell if this was for the group or if this was actually for me. I chose not to act on it.

Later school ended, so I went over to Ashlynn's house with my backpack full of stuff for my surprise. I rang the doorbell and she came right away.
She opened the door with the biggest smile on her face. Dang, she looked so cute in her outfit she was wearing. I mean even her socks matched! I walked over to her table and sat my backpack down.

First thing I asked her was; when is your mom getting home from work?
She answered at 9:00 due to the fact today she had a double shift. I was happy to hear that.

I unloaded my back pack and emptied out the contents.
Which happened to be:
Ramen noodles
An xbox
Popcorn
And her favorite movie of all time
Mean girls

I set up my Xbox on her tv as she sat there on the couch. When I got down with that I went to go make the ramen noodles. She walked out of the living room, I'm guessing to go change.
As soon as I was done, she came out the hallways in some camo joggers that matched her crop top she kept on. I'm guessing the jeans got to uncomfortable. She still looked fine as ever.

Anyway, we sat there eating ramen and playing Call of Duty Black Ops 4.
She was amazing at it too. Didn't even have to teach her how to play or what the buttons did.

After we were done with that it was about 6:00. Perfect time to start the movie. I put in the disc and we lay on my couch, her snuggled into my chest. As we watched the movie she got closer and closer to me. To the point where her whole body was practically on top of mine. To be honest I wasn't ready. Was this a test? I don't know so I just continued to lay there until she kept making moves. When I least expected it she places a kiss on my cheek. I felt my face tense up. I wanted more but I knew I couldn't have it. I wanted to see more. That crop top was teasing me. She knew it too. I think that is why she did those things, she wanted to eff with my senses.

"Hey Ashlynn why are you doing this?"
"I want you to be happy Luke, are you not feeling it?"
"Trust me I'm feeling it but I wasn't sure if we/you were actually trying to go there. Were you trying to go there?"
"Well obviously yeah."
"Uhh okay well we got 40 minutes till your mom gets home, what did you want to do?......"
That's when she shut me up and kissed me. I was baffled to be honest and again didn't know how to handle it considering the fact that this wasn't like every other skank I have ever dated. So I just kissed back and let her lead. She was good at this kissing thing but I wasn't trying to do any more than that tonight. We had just gotten back together and I didn't want to push it.
So I pulled away, you could tell by her face that she wasn't happy about it. But I made my decision and I stuck with it. I packed up my backpack and started out the door. She stopped me.
"Luke why are you leaving so early? We still have 20 minutes."
"Ashlynn, babe, your just too tempting and I don't want to hurt you."
