My body jerked at another blow to my ribcage.
“You filthy beast!” the man, who was currently beating me, screamed. "Why can't you just break her already?!"
Ok.
I lashed out, socking him in the groin (the first I've ever fought back), swept his feet out, and ran.
I sprinted to our cell, gathered what little items we had, and snuck out. She took us away from our village, our clan. We ran, and ran. We fought our way away, through rogues and perverts and missing nin, but always running.
Where will we stop? Only Shira knows.
