Noel Gallagher's Day Off (Noel x Reader)

This oneshot is lightly based of one of my favourite films, Ferris Bueller's Day Off. And also, Noel deserves a lot more love. Anyways, hope you enjoy.

Your POV

I was awoken by a strange noise in my room late at night, I rubbed my eyes and slowly got up from bed. I could hear the noise coming from the window.

I rolled my eyes as I knew who exactly it was. I opened my curtains and saw Noel at my window. I sighed as he awkwardly smiled.

I pulled up my window and quietly exclaimed, "What the fuck are you doing here? It's like... something in the morning."

Noel said sarcastically, "Well, nice to see you too."

Noel climbed into my room as I stood there in my pyjamas, which conveniently I was wearing my short-shorts. I crossed my arms as I sighed loudly.

I asked calmly, "Seriously, Noel. What are you doing here?"

Noel put his hands in his pockets and said, "I wanted to ask you... since you're always fed up with school, what about just skipping the day and chill with me?"

I stared at him in shook, skipping school, was he fucking crazy? I immediately said, "No way, definitely not! It's a crazy idea, what if we get caught? What if we get in trouble?"

Noel assured me, "We won't! I'd done it countless times, we'll be fine."

I quickly asked, "Wait, you used to skip school? When?!"

Noel shrugged his shoulders and commented, "What? You didn't think all my sick days were actual sick days."

My eyes widened, I didn't think Noel was that much of rebel. I sighed and mumbled, "I don't know..."

Noel walked up to me and whispered, "You can trust me, we ain't gonna get caught. When have we ever done anything and gotten into trouble for it?"

I breathed in as he wrapped his arms around my waist and grinned down at me. I rolled my eyes and breathed out.

"You bastard, fine! But I'm only doing it this once, okay? If we're caught, I swear I'm gonna kill you." I said as I played with the back of his hair.

Noel smiled as he leaned in closer to me, he explained quietly, "Okay, met me at the bus stop at 7:00. I'll pick you up and Liam is going to make a phone call to school and pretend to be our mum and your mum and then, sweet sweet freedom."

I raised an eyebrow and asked, "Liam can do girl voices?"

Noel said, "Yeah, he's 13. He still has a girly voice."

I laughed slightly, at the whole absurdity of it all. I looked back up at him as he still smiled at me.

I mumbled, "You're fuckin' adorable when you laugh, you know that?"

I blushed slightly and started to slowly lean in, but as we both were about to kiss, I heard someone walking around downstairs and it sounded like they were about to head up.

I immediately hissed, "Shit! Someone's coming up! Quick, out of the window!"

Noel immediately panicked and quickly headed for the window again, climbing over. I rushed towards the window and Noel smirked at me.
