It was raining and the sky was dark, as if refusing to let the sun shine through. I looked at the scene around me and saw my old tribe. Looking at the faces of the people surrounding the area, I knew some of them, or all of them actually. On each and every single face they all had the same expressions. It was either sorrow, solemn, depressed, or grief-stricken.
I stepped back a little and bumped into something. A box big enough to fit a tall pokemon inside.......about my size. I froze and moved my eyesight up to an opening that allowed me to see what, or who, was inside. Inside the box ,or coffin apparently, looking paler than usual was me. Inside I was lying comfortably and had a slight smile on my face......I looked peaceful. I staggered back at this sight and covered my mouth in surprise.
This is my funeral.
Whipping around I looked everyone in their eyes and saw most of them in tears. Someone caught my eye though and caused me to tear up a bit. I walked to him in what seemed to be slow motion, as if the world wouldn't let me. I began to run to him as he walked toward my coffin. Catching up to him, I studied him and began to cry softly.
The sweet Lucario started to tear up and placed a single red rose on my coffin. I stepped in front of him and grabbed his face. I knew he couldn't see nor hear me but I whispered to him "I love you". He looked down and shut his eyes close tight forcing me to release his face. "I'll miss you and I'll never forget you Belle." I smiled as tears fell down my face. I bent down to kiss his forehead, I had to bend down because he had his head down. I kissed his forehead softly and as soon as I did his eyes popped wide open. He looked up quickly and looked around. "Belle?" he questioned no one in particular. I smiled happily and whispered in his ear "Yes it was me, now I can't stay I have to leave." I felt the darkness pulling me back in wanting to take me elsewhere. His eyes widened and then shut tight tears streaming from them as he nodded. I closed my eyes tightly and turned away as tears streamed down nonstop. Then I was pulled into darkness once again.
Drifting in complete darkness gave me time to think. Where am I? Why am I still here? Where am I going now? When can I go to the "Spirit world"? Where's Kim? My eyes widened at this question. Where is Kim, is she alright? I yelled out her name in fear for her, hoping she was alright. The darkness seemed to respond, and I was put into another memory this time it was me and Kim at the pokegames.
Kim was holding me in her arms still glowing a bright blue and looked like she was yelling. I couldn't hear her though, she just seemed to be screaming silence, mouthing words with no sound. She shook my body tears falling from her face. My body just lied there limp and lifeless, a slight smile embedded in my face. She grew a brighter blue and got engulfed in light. Suddenly my sight began to darken, as if it couldn't allow me to see what happened next.
I floated in the darkness daydreaming about the life I had and could of had if I had lived. Suddenly I was being tugged by an invisible force, almost like a hand. I opened my eyes and folowed the tug into a bright light. The light was so bright that I closed my eyes as I walked towards it. I entered the light and and saw a long white hallway.
I saw a dark figure in the distance and it seemed to be getting closer. Fear filled me up from the bottom of my stomach, and I shut my eyes tight. I heard footsteps get closer and stop right in front of me. The figure seemed to pause, so I fearfully opened my eyes and glanced upward. My eyes widened in shock then quickly filled with tears, for they had met the eyes of my one and only father. I hugged him and I stayed there for what seemed like hours, sobbing into his shoulder.
I finally released him and looked up at his green eyes, staring into them as if his very existence depended on it. The look in his eyes seemed to hold a secret message, as if to say I've been waiting here. We exchanged no words but we understood each others actions. "Dad I think we should wait a little more. For Kim and-" I gulped and struggled to say the next word "Mom." He smiled and said "Yes we should because I promised I would wait for my family." I nodded and turned away from him. I decided to see if my telepathy powers still worked, so I decided to see if I could send a message to Kim.
I'll be waiting for you here.
