As I was packing my clothes, I looked back at Chris. We both looked at the same time. I rolled my eyes in disgust and turned away. Just who does he think he is to tell me to control my temper? Well guess what? I can control it wether I want to or not.

"I'm going to go to the beach," I said to him, kinda.

"I don't care what you do. Thought you weren't talking to me."

"I say alot of things."

More tension grew into the room. I hear the door closed as I was done. I sighed. I couldn't take anymore tension in the same room.

*8:00pm*

I had on my earphones as I came back in the beach house. I go to the refrigerator. Oh good, food. I get a green apple and take a humongous bite out of it. I look at my right and see Chris on the phone. I sneakily turn down my music.

"I miss you too, Kyra....No I can't, I'm on vacation with my family....You know I would if I could."

I roll my eyes. Kyra is her name, huh? I wonder what he's saying to her. 'Awww honey, I miss you. Come over to my place. Can't you get out of the vacation?'

I turn back up my music. Sometimes it's boring to eavesdrop on people. Hear things that's not even worth to get in trouble for. I continue to explore the kitchen. I look under the sink and hey, guess what I found? I pick it up and smile. I get a match off the counter. I scratch the match against the side of the box, and light it up. I place the fire onto the tip of the sparkler. It started sparkling pretty colors. I was smiling like a little kid liking how it looks. Chris came into the kitchen and yelled at me.

"What're you doing?!"

"Umm, I'm playing with a sparkler. What does it look like?"

"Put it out!"

"Nope," I say like a little kid.

"Put it out before you get hurt!"

"Last time I recalled, you didn't care about what I did," I snapped.

I pour a bottle of water to put it out. I dropped both the water and the sparkler when I was done.

"Mind cleaning that up for me?" I said as I walked into Lexi's room. I saw her and Jesus kissing. I cover my eyes.

"Ewww, consequir una habitación!"

Lexi broke the kissed and laughed. "We did get a room."

Jesus smiles and gets up. "I'll leave you two ladies to talk. I'll be outside."

I looked at Lexi. "Sorry, girl."

"It's okay," she says smiling. I sighed.

"Wassup chicka? Talk to mami," she says patting the bed. I sit down by her. "Is it Chris?"

I nodded. "Both of us are confused. Sometimes we want to talk to each other, sometimes we don't."

"Awww. That's called love, Mami. And you two don't know how to show it."

My eyes widened at what she said. "Say what?!"

She laughed. "You know I'm right Mami. You'll see."

"Pssh," I say standing up. "I'm going to bed, chicka." I walk to my - well 'our' room. I open the door, and he's in the bed already. He looks at me and I look at him.

"Um, I'll sleep in the living room," I say closing the door slowly. I turn round. Why does he look so familiar to me. Those eyes. That personality. I get a pillow and a blanket and go asleep on the couch as I watch TV.
