~~2nd Person POV~~

It has been a year since your secret crush/ best friend died of cancer. Edd Gould. You missed him so much. The one thing that haunted you about his death was you never told him how you felt. Even worse, the day you were headed to the hospital to tell him, he died.

Tom and Matt tried to comfort you, but no matter how hard they tried, they couldn't. Eventually you stopped going outside completely.

Every moment you wished you could be with him, tell him how you feel, tell him he was there for you when no one else was.

You sat on your couch blankly watching TV. You used to be so full of life and always happy. Now you just felt black and white.

All of a sudden you heard a knock on the door. You sighed to yourself and got up to answer it. "What?" You said dully as you opened the door.

You stared in disbelief at who was there.
Edd. With beautiful wings and a halo.

You fell to the ground crying hysterically. You felt someone hugging you and looked up to see him wrapped around you.

For once in a year, you felt happy. You felt the color was being poured back into your body.

You hugged back and didn't let go.

"Y/N, I never got to say it but, I love you." Edd said as he held you tight.

You broke from the hug and kissed him. He was shocked at first, but soon kissed back.

When you broke free, you looked at him and replied, "I love you too."
