The girls had just been signed to Sherlock and Joan , Maddie was currently holding Joan hand while Mackenzie was asleep in Sherlock arms . Well we have a lot of empty rooms in the brownstone but for now I mean they can sleep in my own room Joan said . Yeah of course and i can go get them clothes while you stay . Luckily for me Oren has a lot of old toddler clothes from his three daughters .

He said he dropped them off in the brownstone. Okay he said , Today I'll have my father get his workers to finish the rooms by the end of tomorrow. They can't do it just that fast Joan said . Yes they can Joan especially when my father threatens them . Okay Joan said . Maddie looked innocently at Joan and Sherlock. What do I call you ?

Well Sherlock began , you can call us mommy and daddy if you want. Kay daddy she said . Joan smiled mommy what time is it ? Good question it's 1 00 pm . I'm hungry, luckily the girls had no allergys to food according to there last allergy text which was three months ago before Sherlock and Joan knew them . We should order Chinese Sherlock said ,Yeah Maddie said . Hey uh guys I'll take you to the brownstone bell said . I'll put my sirens on so no one will question no car seats . Okay they said .

At home
Sherlock had told his father about the whole thing. Sherlock father morland was excited for his son since he had kids . He had bought car seats and a bunch of clothes he had sent his crew for the rooms and he had sent a stroller for Mackenzie. Wow I guess I'm not shopping Joan said .

Sherlock laughed, he kissed her on the cheek. You know I love you right ? I know she said . Sherlock felt this bond with the girls for some reason. He smiled as he saw Maddie was asleep as well cuddled up next to him . Just then the food came. I'll get it Joan said , just then Mackenzie woke up. She had started calling Sherlock daddy before he had been given custody. Daddy she said smiling. Hello darling he said picking her up . What we do ? Sherlock looked at her well darling we are going to eat . Okay she said . Joan brought the food , okay we have chicken chow mein plain only noddles and chicken . We have shrimp fried rice as well .

Joan looked at Maddie , here Mackenzie go with mommy to the kitchen I'll wake Maddie . Maddie sweetie wake up . Maddie woke up , there you go Maddie he said . He grabbed her hand, they went to the kitchen to eat .

Later on
Sherlock looked at the girls . They were both on the floor playing cat and dog . Maddie had decided to be a cat , Mackenzie was the dog . Mackenzie looked and saw a turtle . Turtle ! Yes yes his name is Clyde . Clyde was looking at the girls . Maddie Do you want to feed him? Okay she said , Mackenzie looked at Sherlock, yes you too Mackenzie . Mackenzie how do you say after we go to the backyard into the pool.
