Chapter 3

Flashback

I walked down the hallway like it was my runway.

The girls were gossiping and the men were ogling as usual.

Do I love all the attention? Well not much but I'm used to it. Popularity has it's advantages anyway.

Napangiti na lamang ako ng makita ko si Naomi. She's running fast towards me with her jolly face. She's my best friend – Honestly, I'd freakin date her if I were a guy. She's so down to earth.

"Emeghed girl! Kinikilig ang lola mo! Bryan just asked me out on a date! Ahhh – " I covered her mouth quickly. Geez what a loud mouth she has there. I looked around and all eyes were on us. I glared at them and they quickly scurried away.

I rolled my eyes, "Can you not shout when talking? The last time I checked, hindi naman ako bingi. Wala namang problema sa pandinig ko." I sarcastically said. She pouted.

"Ok so who's Bryan? Maraming Bryan dito."

"Your cousin." She simply said and I swear I saw her cheeks burn.

Napanganga na lamang ako, "Seriously? I thought he was gay." I've never seen my cousin with a girl before. He never dated, never get laid, and never talked about a girl. Pero masungit nga lang yun, as in sobra. But we're close at mahal ko yun kahit na ganun yun.

I thought he was into guys. The last time I spoke to him, he said he was allergic to girls. At ngayon niyaya niya si Naomi ng date? Punyeta joke ba to? Tatawa na ba ako?

Magsasalita pa sana ako ng may biglang umakbay sakin.

" Hey sugar, want some lunch?" I gaze up at him and he winked. Bumuntong hininga na lamang ako – It's Henry.

He's basically the cool guy here. He's handsome at habulin rin ng mga babae. But the problem is hindi pa ito nagkaka girlfriend – Ever. He said that it's just a waste of time. Ayaw niya kasi ng commitment but he doesn't do flings either. Pero may gusto siya, though he never told us who the girl is at wala daw siyang balak umamin. He's weird.

Inalis ko naman ang braso niyang nakaakbay sakin, "Oh get to the point, Henry. What do you want?" Masungit kong tanong then crossed my arms. Ngumuso naman ito.

"Ang sungit mo talaga."

Natawa naman si Naomi, "Sofia, you meanie."

I rolled my eyes, "Spill the beans."

Henry smiled, "I'm inviting you to my party tonight." Sabi nito.

"And why is that?"

"It's my birthday you dummy." Malungkot niyang sabi. I gasped. Mayghad! Nakalimutan ko pala!

He was taken aback when I hugged him. Konting lambing lang to, " Awww – I'm sorry. I'll make it up to you okay?" I smiled, " Happy Birthday!" Napangiti naman siya.

"Gift ko ha?" Pa cute niyang sabi. He's so childish sometimes. If we weren't friends, I'd seriously think of him as a five year old boy trapped in a man's body.

He paused at nag-isip ng kong ano, " How about a kiss from you?" He teased.

Sinuntok ko naman siya, "Tumigil ka nga! You're crazy."

Tumawa na naman ito. Nagulat ako nang bigla ako nitong hinalikan sa pisngi at dali-daling tumakbo palayo, "Crazy for you!" Pahabol niyang sabi at tuluyan nang umalis. Wag kayong mag-isip ng kong ano, malambing lang talaga yun.

I looked around us and everybody is staring at me again. Mas nagalit naman ako, "Stop staring at me or I'll rip your guts out!" Sigaw ko.

"Well, well, well – Nice seeing you again, bitch." Margot suddenly popped out of nowhere kasama ang mga alipores niya. I saw Naomi clench her fist – Apparently this whore right here slept with Naomi's ex.

" Bitch? Are you referring to yourself?" I asked and gave her my sweetest smile. Her brows furrowed, halatang nainis kaagad ito sa sinabi ko. Aww the bitch got a short temper.

She flipped her hair, "Ang kati mo talaga noh? Si Henry? Really? You think you're his type?" Nakita ko naman na pinagtitingingan na kami ng mga estudyante.

I smiled again, "At alam mo ang type niya? Jealous? Bitch please, palibhasa wala kang ipagmamalaki." I looked at her from head to toe and shook my head as if disappointed. I saw her clenched her fist, halatang nagtitimpi na. I chuckled, burn bitch – Burn.

"He's not into you. I know his taste." She said with gritted teeth.

I raised my brows, "And you know? So natikman mo na siya? Masarap ba? Oops sorry! Sa dinami-dami palang natikman mong guys, baka hindi mo na naaalala pa." Pang-aasar ko sa kanya. Naomi nudged me to stop pero hindi ako nakinig. This bitch annoys me big time.

"How dare you!" Akmang sasampalin niya ako but I caught her hand and slapped her twice real hard. Natumba naman siya and as usual, alipores to the rescue. Tinulungan siyang tumayo. Ano sila? Yaya niya? How pathetic. Mga sunod-sunurin.

"Y-You! You'll pay for this!" Dinuro-duro niya ako so I smacked her hand away she even gasped in pain. I could rip this bitch's hair off from it's roots.

I looked at her – Bored, "You sleep with everyone's boyfriend." I commented. Everyone in the hallway gasped. Mukha naman siyang nahiya. Aba dapat lang! Mas makati pa siya sa higad!

She looked like she was about to claw my eyes out.

I walked closer to her, "Bitch I hope you get AIDS and just die." Her eyes widen and I smirked when everybody laughed.

Magsasalita pa sana siya but I blew her a kiss and grabbed Naomi then left the place.

Oh my god – Stress na stress ang beauty ko sa kaartehan niya.

Si Naomi naman tahimik lang sa tabi ko. Naka move on naman ito sa ex niya – As in wala na talaga siyang feelings para dun sa gagong yun. Pero hindi pa rin niya makalimutan ang panloloko nito.

Kaya nga ako umiiwas diyan sa pag ibig na yan eh kasi ayokong masaktan at ayokong mastress ang beauty ko so enjoy life muna without having a boyfriend.
