Hey everyone! I'm sorry for not updating for SOOOOO long but i have two accounts annd i chat more than i write now lol. ANND I'm so happy! BRAVE BURST GOT OVER 200 READS! AND THAT WAS JUST 1 CHAPTER CX, But anywho... Welcome to chapter 2 of Brave Burst!!! I hope you enjoy! Soon Ganta and Mei made it to the Brave Head Quarters. "See that wasn't so bad!" Mei exclaimed loudly as she gazed upon the massive building. It was almost as big as a skyscraper. The corners of the build where a dark blue while in the center lays a giant circle with a "BB" inside that seemed to rotate.
Ganta struggled to his feet before falling down on to the cement. "whats wrong with you?" Mei asked as she kicked Ganta's leg hard. "OWWW!" Ganta rolled screamed in pain and jumped to his feet. "Are you kidding me! you dragged me half way across town and abuse me do you really think I'm okay!?" Ganta shouts.
*Flash back*
"Stop whining i know a short cut!" Mei smiled as she waled through a park. "HEAD UP!" someone from the field shouted. "Whaa-" Ganta started to ask before a high speed soccer ball hits him in the face giving him a bloody nose. "Cool their playing soccer today!" Mei giggles before kicking the ball back."Wanna go play a little?" Mei asked. "Are you insane!? I need a doctor!" Ganta yells with a scowl.
Mei's eyes start to fill with tears as she sniffles. Ganta's angry expression softens. "Hey are you okay? I didn't mean to yell at you" To Ganta's surprise Mei helped him stand. "Ganta..." Mei looks him in the eyes sweetly. "Yes Mei?" Ganta asked trying not to blush. Mei slowly lanes toward him. 'Oh my god is she trying to kiss me?' Ganta thought and he closed his eyes and leaned forward a little. Little did Ganta know, Mei was wearing an angry grin. Ganta open his eyes and quickly stepped back in fear, but it wasn't quick enough. Suddenly Mei lifted her right leg and kick Ganta hard in the stomach.
The Pain surging through his body was too much and left him with a numbness and put him in a daze. 'I wonder what pandas taste like haha..' Ganta thought. He was left so delirious that he was unaware that Mei was screaming. After a few minutes Mei calmed down and trotted off dragging Ganta by his leg.
*Flash Forward*
"My stomach still hurts" Ganta complains with anime tears running down his cheeks. Mei scoffed and grabbed Ganta's hand. "Hey I'm taking you to play a game so stop whining." Mei said as she took Ganta inside the giant structure.
As soon as they entered Ganta looked around in shock. "So many people.." Ganta looked at all the kinds and even a few adults walking around, but something else caught his attention. When Ganta looked closely he could see that they all were carrying different strange looking items.Each with the Brave burst Insignia inscribed on it.
"Hey whats with those weird things?" Ganta asked.
"Huh?" Mei goes through her pocket and pulls out a blue ring. "You mean something like this?"
"You have one too!" Ganta looks at it closely.
Mei laughed. "Wow you sure are clueless." Mei puts the ring on her middle finger. "Once you join Brave Burst you get one of these." Mei holds out her hand. "This is the Sapphire star. It helps me communicate with my unit."
