Chapter Two After School

I walked around, waiting for Painite. We were suppose to make Cookies for our friends, a reunion, since I've been gone, and they couldn't do it. She walked out of the building exausted. She groaned. "Sorry.... Optimus need help getting the basketball from the hoop." She rubbed her arm. "Huh, want me to drive?" I asked. She nodded her head. "Lemme see the keys." She digged in her pockets and pulled them out, giving it to me. We looked for her car or motorcycle. Both keys were on the ring, so I couldn't tell. I seen Voodoo walk with Edd and them.
Then I went back to looking for her car or motorcycle. I would've used my car, but Painite insisted. We lived in the same house, so it didn't matter. I finally found the black and black and red Grand Tourer Sport Coupe car. Mine was black and red checkered Aston Martin db11.
We got in, I started the car, putting on some tunes and took off.

Sometimes later we gotten home. I got out of the car, so did Painite. We both walked on the porch and opened the door. I threw my bag down on the floor, Painite did the same, feeling exhausted. "So, do you wanna bake the cookies now or later?" She yawned. "Maybe later... If i'm awake..." I nodded my head. "Alright... uh, I'll be at Edd's house, cal me when we're baking." Painite waved and went to her bedroom upstairs. I went to my bedroom to get my keys on my dresser. I walked out quietlt while Painite slept. I opened the door and hopped into my car. I started it and drove off.

I arrived at Edd's house finally. I got out and locked my car, I double checked. Then I looked for the hidden key. Unlocking the door, I heard someone singing. I walked in, standing in the hallway, I heard Voodoo sing and play her ukelele. I leaned on the doorway, listening to her song. I didn't know it but it sounds so good.
After a few minutes, she turned around and seen me. "Oh! Hey Zax." I waved. "Hey V." I walked over and sat on the floor. "How long were you here?" I shrugged. "Thw whole song."
    "Can I stay the night?" Edd nodded. "Why?" Matt asked. "My dad is a bad Alchoholic, he doesn't care if i'm gone or not." I narrowed my eyes, wondering if she's abused or not. "What about your mom?" Tom asked. "Six feet underground..." By then, everyone stayed silence. "So, Zax, how did you like the song?" I ingored the fact that she changed the subject. "It was nice." I said. She smiled.
    "Hey, I don't have much room, so you can sleep on the sofa." She smiled more. "Thanks." She yawned. "G'night guys." She then went to sleep. I looked at her. So did Tord, weirdly.
    "Hey! Don't have any ideas!" I growled at him. He backed off a little. "Why? Is she your girlfriend?" I threw something at him, I didn't know what it was. "No. You watch to much hentais." He laughed. "You just got that?" I growled louder that time, making him jump. Tom chuckled. "So, Zax what'd you come here for?" Edd asked. "Just to hangout. Painite's asleep, and I wanted to get out of the house." I looked at Tom. "How's that bruise treating ya'?" He shrugged. "Tord's enough." Me and him laughed, while Tord stuck his tounge out.
     "Wish Angelica would get a life." Edd said. "Yeah... "Matt said looking at himself in the mirror. "Huh, ,e and Tord we're going after he, but she got away." I stood up and walked next to Tord, putting my arm on his. Shoulder. "Ha! She is cute, but nobody hits Tom except me." Tom grumbled. "Makes since." I said. Edd handed me a Cola. "Thanks." I opened it and took a sip. "Zax said next time she messes with one of us, she'd beat her a-" I nudged Tord and pointed at Voodoo. He sighed. "Up.... beat her up..." He said. "Something like that, yeah." I said taking another drink. "I sometimes wonder how guys like her." Edd said. "She probably pays them." Tom said. Matt went to his room to look at himself more. "Hey, I heard she got your guy." Tord said. I blushed lightly. "What guy?" I asked. "What's his name? I dunno, but allI know he has bunny ears." Tord said. I still had my arm on his shoulder, he felt mysslf tense. "Huh... Since when do I have a crush?" I said, my voice cracked. "Since last year." Edd said. I sighed. "Hey, there's nothing to be ashamed of." Tom said. "Easy for you to say, it's weird to have a crush in highschool, plus I'm young." I said. "Yeah..." Edd said.
    I checked my phone for the time. It was 9:36. I looked at Voodoo, who was asleep on the couch, then at Tord. "Edd, can I stay the night too? I don't trust Tord with her." He looked st me with disbelief. Edd shrugged. "Sure. What about Painite?" He asked. "I'll text her." I said. I'll do the cookies tomorrow anyways. Not like the teachers care anyways.
"I'm heading off to bed, night guys." We all said good night to Edd. I yawned. "I should too..." I started to lay down on the floor. "Zax, are you sure you and V are going to sleep in here? I can let you guys stay in my room." I shook my head. "No. I think we're fine Tom." He shrugged. I started to fall asleep. Before I did, I seen Tord and Tom walk to they're rooms.
