Chapter 1

Nana;

He was adorable. He was only four and was so cute. How could someone leave him? "Excuse me miss?" A lady turned around and faced Yoongi with a bright smile. "Yes? Is there something I can help you with?" "Um yes. What's that kid's name?" He looked at the small boy who was drinking out of his juice box. "Oh, he's an enchanting little boy. His name is Jeon Jungkook. He's going to turn five in a couple of months and he keeps telling me that his birthday wish is to have a family."

Yoongi looked at Jungkook, who waved at him. Yoongi smiled and waved back. "May I talk to him?" The lady nodded. "Of course. If you're thinking to take him after, just tell me and I can arrange a schedule for you." Yoongi bowed at her. "Thank you, miss." He made his way to Jungkook and sat in front of him on the small chairs. "Hello, Jungkook. My name is Yoongi." Jungkook smiled happily. "Hello!" Yoongi smiled and looked at him dearly. "How long have you been here?" Jungkook started counting on his fingers as he showed Yoongi. "Three years! I'm gonna be five in September! And my biggest wish is to have my own family. I'm really excited. I hope someone likes me and takes me home. Not that I don't like it here, I love it, but I don't know. I wanna be loved." Jungkook's smile faded as he looked down at his hands.

Yoongi frowned and leaned in closer to him. "Tell you what. " Jungkook looked up at Yoongi with curiosity written all over his face. "I'll ask the lady over there if I can come back tomorrow with my husband and see if we can take you." Jungkook's face lit up as he dropped his juice box. "Really!" Yoongi nodded and smiled at Jungkook. "Yeah. I think you deserve a home. I'm willing to give you one." Yoongi smiled brightly as Jungkook jumped out of his seat and hugged Yoongi tightly. "Thank you!"

Yoongi hummed and smiled. "I have to go now but I'll be back tomorrow okay?" Jungkook nodded and kissed his cheek. "Thank you so much!" Yoongi stood up and made his way to the lady. "Can I come back tomorrow with my husband?" She smiled and nodded. "Of course. I'll reserve him for you. Thank you for making him smile. I haven't seen that smile in a long time. Thinking about taking him home?" Yoongi looked back at him and nodded. "Yeah. I am."

"Hoseok hurry up I want you to meet him!" Hoseok chuckled and jogged down the stairs. "I'm going. I'm going." Hoseok made his way downstairs and gave his husband a quick kiss. "Alright let's go. " Yoongi quickly pulled Hoseok out of the house and into his car. "You drive." He said as he quickly made his way into the passengers' seat. He put his belt on and looked at Hoseok with a wide smile. "You're going to love him. " Hoseok smiled and made his way out of the driveway. "Why did you go without me?" Yoongi shrugged. "I was bored and wanted to see." Hoseok smiled and grabbed his hand. He intertwined their fingers as he kept his eyes on the road.

They had finally made it to the adoption center and walked in, the same lady from yesterday smiled at Yoongi and shook Hoseok's hand. "You must be the husband." Hoseok smiled proudly and nodded. "I am indeed. " "Jungkook has been so excited to meet you guys. I really hope he goes home with you." Yoongi smiled and held Hoseok's hand. "I hope so too." She leads the way to a room where Jungkook was coloring. "Jungkook?" The lady asked as Jungkook peered his head up. "Yes?" "Yoongi and his husband are here."

Jungkook stood up and looked at Yoongi. "Hi!" He ran to Yoongi and gave him a big hug. "I'll let you guys talk." The lady said before leaving. Hoseok looked at Jungkook and smiled. He was very cute and had eyes that resembled Yoongi's much. "You must be Yoongi's husband, right? Are you gonna be my daddy?" Hoseok smiled and sat down with Yoongi. "Well, I'm hoping to be." Yoongi smiled at Hoseok and looked at Jungkook.

They started talking like if they knew each other for years. Hoseok felt a strong connection to Jungkook when he held his hand. His hand was small and barely fits into Hoseok's. He smiled and looked at Yoongi. "Mhh. Maybe Yoongi and I can talk to the lady and see if she will let us take you. " Hoseok said as he looked at Jungkook and then at Yoongi. "Wait really?" Yoongi asked as he started to get tears. "Mhh. I like him. " Jungkook looked at Yoongi, then at Hoseok. He broke down crying and hugged Hoseok. "Thank you!" Hoseok smiled and rubbed Jungkook's back.

"We'll go talk to her okay?" Jungkook nodded and wiped his tears. "Thank you.." he sniffed. Yoongi hugged Hoseok and Jungkook pulled away. "Yoongi?" He looked at his husband and smiled when he noticed that he was crying. "Don't cry!" Jungkook smiled cutely and hugged Yoongi as well. "Don't cry, mama!" Yoongi looked at Jungkook and smiled. "Mama?" Jungkook nodded. "Yeah! It's your new name! And you will be my papa!" Hoseok smiled and ruffled Jungkook's hair.

Yoongi kissed Jungkook on the head and looked at Hoseok. "Should we tell her now?" Hoseok nodded and smiled. "Yeah." Jungkook waved him goodbye and smiled. The husbands Made their way to the lady who was helping them. "Made us your minds?" She smiled as Hoseok and Yoongi nodded. "We'd like to take him." She nodded and took them to a separate room. "There's much paperwork that needs to be filled. Depending on your guys' background we'd have to see how long it will take for you to take him home. It could take a year, it could take five. Or it could take a couple of months."

"Hopefully a couple of months," Yoongi said with a smile as he started filling everything out.

Five months passed and Jungkook was finally able to go home. Yoongi waited and waited as they brought Jungkook out. He ran to Yoongi and Hoseok, hugging their legs tightly with a smile on his face. "Mama! Papa!" The young boy yelled as he started to sob. "I'm so happy!" The husbands crouched down so they were eye level with Jungkook. He smiled and kissed Yoongi's cheek, Hoseok's next. Yoongi teared up too as he kissed his head. "I'm happy too! Shall we go home?" Jungkook nodded and started pulling on their hands.

Hoseok chuckled and picked Jungkook up. Jungkook started giggling as he was being swung around. Hoseok sat him on his shoulders and started making plane noises as he ran around the parking lot.

Yoongi couldn't be happier.
