"Where are you from, Harry?"

"I am from the UK. Do you work?"

"No. What about you?"

"Yeah..." He says and looks down. I stare back at him waiting for the rest to come. He looks up and says, "I just like to travel. Listening to music with you has made it better."

I blush at his words and look down.

I watch as the waitress comes towards us. I watch Harry scan the menu briefly making me realize I should do the same. I tried to read the massive amount of words that were scattered on the menu and began to panic.

Reading was something I struggled with. I was never any good and to this day could not read shit. The lack of education I received proved it.

I feel Harry nudge me and I start to try and comprehend faster. "Emma." Harry whispers.

I look up at him with a panicked expression all over my face. He notices how tense I have become and turn to the waitress and said, "Actually, we might need a few moments."

The waitress nods her head and walks away. Harry turns to me confused. "So, love, what is going on with ya over here?"

I look down, embarrassed and whisper, "I can't read."

I feel Harry slowly put his arm around my shoulder and scoot closer.

"You know, I told you I am here to help. Don't be embarrassed. C'mon, how about I read the menu to you. After we handle your order, you and I could practice."

I slowly look up at this beautiful man and he moves my hair behind my ear. "Sounds good, love?"

I quietly nod as Harry's hand moved to the back of my neck and gripped it a little more than I had expected. He leaned down to my ear and said, "I love hearing your voice. Don't get quiet on me."

I smile and nervously chuckle. I sincerely could not find the words. Harry moved his hand down to my own and held it. "I'll let that one slide." He winked.

. . .

"C'mon, you only ate half."

"I know but I really do feel full."

"Liar."

"Am not."

"I'm not the only one that sees you as skin and bones so eat up."

I looked up at Harry and frowned. Looking at the food made me want to vomit. He was right, I did look like a skeleton but only because I am not used to eating this much. I felt his hand on my thigh and tensed up. Between Harry and his constant persuasion and him touching me, it became all too much.

I sucked in a breath as I felt his hand give my thigh a light squeeze. "Please don't touch me."

The look in Harry's eyes changed. He immediately removed his hand but that's when I felt it. I jumped over Harry and the booth and ran to the bathroom. I hunched over the toilets and let my stomach do the job. All of its content went straight down the toilet.

"Are you okay?" I jumped up a bit but not before throwing up more. I felt Harry hold some of my hair and rub my back.

"I'll be fine."

"I am so sorry. I should have not pushed you to eat more. I didn't think this would happen. "

I slowly stood up and pushed past him. I walked straight to the sink and washed my mouth out with water. I look at Harry through the mirror. Both his arms are out and I give him a questioning look.

"Hug?"

I rolled my eyes and looked at him with dead eyes. He laughed and came closer to me and wrapped his arms around me. I immediately tensed up but he hadn't let go. I slowly start to relax under his touch. I feel him move my arms to be around his. "Ah, see! That feels so good when both people share a hug."

I pulled away from the hug and Harry said, "C'mon let me take you home."

My eyes widened, "That's okay, you can just drop me back at the shop. I'll make my way home later."

Harry nodded his head and we made our way out. We walked with a slight distance between us, due to me. It was quiet but nice. I looked over at him and watched him admire the trees. They glistened with rain drops.

"Emma, do you feel that?" He looked over at me.

"No. Feel what?"

"It's raining, love." With that, I felt a rain drop land on my arm. Then it picked up faster than I had even processed.

"C'mon, love." He grabs my arm and rushes towards a big tree. Not much rain had fallen through the leaves.

I shivered a bit and tensed when I felt Harry's arm come around me.

"Wh-what are y-you doing?" I stuttered nervously.

"I don't have a jacket to offer so I figured my arms would help." He smiled down at me. "Is your place close? Maybe we can run there quickly and chill over there till it stops.

"Um no its really far." I removed his arms from around me and faced him.

"Oh well that's okay. How about I call us a car to pick us up and drop you off."

"No. Seriously, it is fine. I'll make my way back on my own."

He gave me a questionable look. I turned my face away from him and stared out into the streets that were becoming soaked by the heavy rain.

"Hey, hey. Look at me." I heard him say. I turned my back away from.

He spun me around so quick that I collided right in his chest. He wrapped one arm around my waist while his other hand comes to grabs my chin softly. He tilts my chin until my dull eyes were looking straight into bright ones.

"You're not telling me the truth." My eyes widened. I tried leaving his grasp and releasing myself but it was no use.

"Let me go, Harry."

"I'm not leaving until you tell me what's going on?"

"Harry. I told there is nothing. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Now leave me alone, you freak."

I finally slipped away from his grasp and ran from him quickly. I knew the streets and where I would be running. I looked back and saw him. He was calling my name and running faster than I was. I panicked. My muscles hurting in my legs already. I picked up my pace and turned around. He was coming close.

And apparently I came pretty close to ditch. I didn't stop fast enough.

I heard Harry call my name. But it was too late. I fell in the ditch with a scream.

I felt the impact and closed my eyes.

But I blacked out.
