I know it's getting closer
But I can't seem to find
The root of what I'm going through
At this day and time

They just don't understand
The thoughts inside my head
Everything is going right
Except the triggers in my mind

People think it's no big deal
But they don't know the things I feel
Some say that it's just overrated
Some say that it's ridiculous

Talk to the professionals
But heaven knows they couldn't help
It's not that they don't want to help
It's just that I've been too far gone

It never meant a thing to you
With everything I'm going through
It's never taken seriously
