I had never had my heart broken, I never really understood why anyone would put themselves in a situation that would break their hearts. Now, I know, it's not willingly anything you can control. It's a lasting ache that embeds itself into you, who you are, your soul and being. I never thought I could love anything so much that it could completely break me in two. Pushing out emotions had been my speciality, I'd dedicated my life to it. Then he came along and it changed my perspective. It simply became the thing I had always wanted in life. It became a need that no doctor, no scientist, no heavenly being could take away.
