Chapter 9

Aliyah's POV

I was so nervous, I just had to get out of there. So, I ran. I ran because I couldn't have a mate. I knew right away that it was a bad choice but it's too late now. I'm running as fast as I can but it's not fast enough because I'm slammed against the lockers. "¿por qué se ejecuta?" His deep voice is right in my ear and honestly it turns me on when he speaks Spanish explaining my wet panties. "I can smell your arousal, hermoso." His lips meet the skin of my neck and gently sucks. I moan and I can feel him smirking. He meets my collar bone but pulls back, and I know it takes all of his control.

"Mark me" I whisper and he stares back in shock. I knew I would lose eventually but I was shocked I would except him so soon.

"Are you sure?" I slide my hand across his chest and pull his head down to my neck.

"Of course I am." He starts sucking in my neck again, rougher this time. when he meets my collarbone he takes extra time before extracting his canines. He grazes them on my skin and my knees give away. He holds me up as he sinks his teeth into my flesh. A moan escapes my body as we are united as one.

"Now I'll never let you go." He smiles as he pulls away.

"I'd be disappointed if you did" I smile right back and we stay that way until noon.

Christian's POV

"Mark me" She whispered. So many emotions overwhelmed me but a few stood out. I'm falling in love with Aliyah but I know nothing about her. I pull away from her neck.

"Are you sure?" She brings my hand down to her neck.

"Of course I am" That's all the conformation I need before I attack her neck again. My lips slide across her perfect skin until I get to the right spot. I take extra time here making sure to leave a hickey for any humans to see. I extract my canines and slightly brush her skin. Her knees grow weak so I hold her up and press my teeth into her skin. Her beautiful lips part as she moans.

"Now I'll never let you go" A smile creeps onto my face as I lean back to look at her. She smiles back.

"I'd be disappointed if you did."

"You were suppose to meet with me an hour ago." Ali jumps and I take a protective crouch in front of her and send out a warning growl, the need to protect her stronger than ever. She places her hands on my back and tried to step out in front of me. I wrap my arms around her and bring her to my chest while keeping a careful eye on the man standing before us.

"I don't think so, mi amor." She leans into my chest but turns to address the male.

"Erm, sorry about that Nathan... We were... erm... busy" A blush creeps up her neck and I chuckle subconsciously tracing my mark. She bites her lip to repress a moan. (marks are really sensitive to the marker's touch)

"Please tell me you didn't!" He shrieks out. Her blush deepens.

"N-n-n-no! Course not!"

"Ah, come on. You know you'd like it." She playfully smacks me on the chest and I smile down at her.

"Right, okay. I still need to talk to you though...." He trails off and I step forward.

"It's Christian." I extend my hand but instead of getting a firm handshake I'm attacked, basically. A red haired girl had landed in my arms and was shrieking as the alpha growls warningly at me. I try prying the girl off of me but she won't budge. The alpha stalks over to me and rips her out of grasp. Acting like it happens all the time, the girl continues babbling on while the alpha rests his head in the crook of her neck. She pulls from his grasp before running over to Ali and the alpha walks over to me.

"Nathan, at your service!" he salutes me.

"Your mate seems to be a handful" I gesture towards the redheaded girl talking animatedly with Ali. He nods and sighs.

"Yeah, I thought after having my boy she'd calm down a bit." I chuckle and silently thank the moon goddess that Ali doesn't talk quite so much and isn't quite so loud. Because even though Nathan's mate seems great I wouldn't be able to handle her. I would feel I needed to protect her even more than I feel I need to protect Ali.
