Chapter 8 ~ new things

Selina’s pov

We arrived back at the Cullen’ at 10pm and took our bags into the house everyone came down from up stair’s I wonder what they were all doing up there. I really like the Cullen’s there are all really nice and friendly.

Alice the interrupted my thoughts by saying “we have something to show you up stair’s” she the dragged me up stair’s at vampire speed to the third floor and the last room on the right and stopped at the closed door and told/ordered me to close my eyes then she opened the door and lead me in once inside she said “open your eyes!!”

I opened my eyes to the most beautiful room I have ever seen. It was big and spacious it had 2 red walls, 1 black wall and 1 wall made of windows that had a beautiful view of the forest. There was also a red 4 poster bed which was against the black wall facing the forest the bed has zebra print sheets and there was a TV that comes out the bottom of the bed. There was also a computer desk that was zebra strip and a red leather computer chair and there was a balcony the whole length of the wall with a double swing on it.

On the left wall there was a set of black double doors with my name written in elegant silver writing and next to the double doors there was another door that lead to a bath room. I can’t believe they have done this for me they have gave me a room of my own and its perfect I am speechless.

I turned around and everyone was looking at me. I was gobsmacked all I could say was “thank you all so much this is absolutely stunning you didn’t have to do this”

“Do you like it” Alice asked eagerly

“No I don’t like it” everyone looked upset “I LOVE IT!!!!!!” I squealed excitedly

They all gave a relived smile so I decided to ask “when did us do this I must have took ages it’s just so perfect?”

“I am glad you like it dear we did it when you and Alice where out. Alice had a vision of the room and told Edward to make sure we had it done but I added the balcony” Esme said sweetly

“Thank you all so much I love it but I do have one question”

“Shoot” Emmitt replied

“What do they doors lead too?” I questioned

At that point Alice squealed and dragged me over to the double doors and said “you are going to love this!” Then she opened the doors to a massive walk in closet that has black and white walls and a dresser a mirror and a floor length mirror on each side it was gorgeous I love it.

I turned to Alice and said “we are going to have to do a lot of shopping to fill this aren’t we” she was so excited the she started jumping up and down screaming at the highest pitch I have ever heard and everyone was laughing.

Then Edward said “through that door is a bathroom”

“Why don’t you put your stuff away and get settled and If you need anything shout” Carlisle suggested

 “Ok that sounds good” I replied

Everyone left my room it felt so good to say that my room. I really like the Cullen’s and I am starting to see them as family they are all so nice I went down stairs and got my stuff and started to put it away.

 After I put my stuff away I went out on to the balcony I sat on the swing and looked up at the stars I like looking up at the stars it help me think about things in a peaceful way. It is 3 am on the 15/12/14 which means my birthday is in a month’s time if I was human I would be 32 years old and I would hope fully be married and have children but as I am a vampire I can’t ever hope for that kind of future how can I feel this way already it is only my 15th vampire birthday.

It was 4am when I decided to go for a bath I went in to the bath room and it was all black marble tiles and had a huge walk in shower, a free standing bath, twin sinks and a closet with towel and toiletries. I picked my towels and some rose scented bubble bath then run my bath, stripped and got in the hot water felt so good against my cold hard skin. All I could think about was Sandy.

I spent an hour in the bath thinking about Sandy I got out and out a towel around myself and went to my closet I pick a light blue top, linin trousers and white sandals that I bought when I was out with Alice then I dried myself got ready, straitened my hair and done my make-up and went down stairs.
