Chapter 2

"Sweetheart, how have you grown ".

"I haven't grown father, that's impossible ",

He laughed and my uncle came and kissed me on the cheek. "Carla I knew it was you before I spotted you, how your dad was smiling. "

"Well I'm glad to see him too ". I kissed his checks as he pulled me on the ballroom floor. We danced like we once did when I was younger. No matter what, my father always loved and protected me. 

I could remember when Gabriel cheated on me and my dad was about to have his head.

I was running back to my home in the pouring rain. 

I didn't care if something was out in the forest I had to get away from Gabriel. I couldn't teleport there because my father had a power block up for some reason. How can he do that to me and with someone I thought was my friend.

My father was standing out in the garden with Samuel and Gabriel father when he spotted me.

"Carla!! What happen? " he said running to me. My uncle pulled his sword out and moved around us.

"Its Gabriel, he betrayed me, he slept with my friend "

He led me in the house and told me he was gone take care of it. From what I heard he was planning to kill Gabriel but instead, his father gave his life instead.

Everyone treated me like a monster after that. Even when I said I had no part in what my father planned they didn't believe me.

"Carla you was somewhere else a minute ago, is something wrong "

"No, father I was just thinking how lucky I am to have such a wonderful person in my life.. You "

"Don't make your old man blush in front of company sweetheart ", he laughed and dipped me. 

"But there's something I must speak to you about ".

"I'm listening ".

"Your Uncle and I have managed to capture one of the highest Demon Lords ".

I gasp, how did they managed that. A demon Lord is a high ranking demon that has powers beyond belief. They don't look like demons, they looked human but still the demon was somewhere inside.

"How is that possible father and why would you go haunt his kind in the human world".

"honey I can't spare you any details but we got him and he is to be giving to you tonight ".

"Wh-.." I began to ask but the music stopped and I saw from the corner of my eye guards pulling a tall 6'4, dark hair man up towards the throne.

"Come, your gift is here ". My father grabbed my hand and lead me through the crowd.

(Kane POV)

As they was dragging me on stage with the power bind chains all around me. I spotted Silvester guiding a woman towards me. It must haven been his daughter the one they expected to feed off of me. She was beautiful beyond belief, no wonder daddy dearest kept her hidden. To bad she had to die sooner or later.

"MOVE " the guards with black hoods shouted.

They dragged me in front of Silvester and his daughter. 

"Well, Kane it was nice of you to join us "

"My pleasure, ass " as soon as ass left my lips I was hit in the ribs. The hit was so hard that if I was human all my ribs would have been broken. I looked up at her and she flinch, she looked uncomfortable.

"No more disrespect from you, now meet your new owner. Carla honey this is Kane ".

She looked around as if everyone was looking at her and nodded her head. I winked at her and smirked.
