I can't believe it my Nandu my Jaan is here I saw her she looks different after 5 years
I am seeing after 5 years i just wanted to hug her but I my self ended everything just cos of my so called friends N band now when she is here I can't even hug here
Five years ago, when we meet we used to hug and just forehead kiss will show how much we miss each other. But today she acted like she don't even know acted as just professionally with me

NM:  ah you know me mr abhi has cancer to be clear it's  leukaemia WHICH IS CANCER OF WHITE BLOOD CELLS Since its in second condition it's really important to start the treatment immediately
But before that you need to understand what are treatment and side effects of it but as a DR I can suggest but it's up to the patient to decide what treatment the patient want to go through

So
1st treatment is blood transfusion which is Blood transfusion using cells donated by healthy volunteers can help replace red cells, platelets and other blood components. Second one is stem cells a transplant transplant can be used to restore healthy bone marrow in patients with leukemia. Stem cells help stimulate new bone marrow growth and restore the immune system. And we will also do chemotherapy as you have started that in India we will be continuing here

And side effects will be

nausea
vomiting
diarrhoea
loss of appetite
sore mouth and mouth ulcers (mucositis)
tiredness
skin rashes
hair loss
infertility – which may be temporary

So it's up to the patient to decided  and I will give you until tomorrow to decided and come and tell me ur decision tomorrow and being happy will be good keep the atmosphere peaceful and listen to soft music 🎶
