THE ONE THAT LEFT
We arrive at church and I snuck my phone in my pocket. Daniel saw my phone but ignored it. "Now were-" Mother said but I cut her off. "We know we know, we have to sit down on the chair and wait until the priest comes, am I right?" I look at her. Mother stared at my for a second and got annoyed. We all sat down and the priest started reading the bible. I slowly take out my phone and start answering my texts. Mother peeked , and got angry. She starts whispering "GIVE THAT PHONE TO ME!" she says, but I ignore, She looks at dad, but he didn't even pay attention, his eyes were closed and hands together. Daniel on the other hand, Looking at his shoes, that he hates. Then my Mother gets up, and the most chocking thing I've ever seen. "STOP THIS RUDE ATTITUDE OF YOU'RES!! she says. Her face is red, redder than you can thing, he makeup got to make her even scarier. Dad, on my side, Terrified of what hes seeying. And Daniel, what do you expect? Mother leaves the church and drops her purse. Everyone staring at me, I've never felt so scared in my life. like never. Church was over, and no one said a word. I get in the car, but I was the first one. Dad trying to figure out where Mother is. 2 minutes later, hes in the car and turns the engines on. " Where's mom? why are you leaving without her?" Daniel said, panicking. Dad looks in the mirror and says " she sent me a text saying she'll be coming home later".
SPEECHLESS
A few hours later, Me and daniel were in our rooms doing nothing, literaly nothing. We heard the sound of the key unlocking the lock. We suddenly jumped. But then we got into a diffrent position. Mother passed our rooms and didn't even look at us or take a small stop. She went to her room and shut the door. Dad went out before mother came back. Few minutes later, he comes in and hands me a bouquet of flowers. Precious pink, my Mother's favorite. She won't say no to these. " Go apologize" He said. I looked at him and sighed. I slowly took the steps to her room, and knocked the door. I didn't hear her footsteps coming towards me but anyways I opened the door. I took a deep breath, but not a sound. I was waiting for her to say something, but she didn't. I placed the flowers in the vase which had no flowers in it. then i stodd in my spot for 5 seconds and said " I'm sorry" then I waited. Nothing. Then I left the room. I went back into my room and sat on my bed, thinking, I'm such a brat. Poor Mother, she didn't deserve this. None of this. Soon came 2 hours later. Mothers room door opened. and took the footsteps toward my room.
