I couldn't imagine myself as ruler of my childhood place, Keyjay City. I'm too young. Like, literally.

All what I mean is, how come I will be the next beneficiary to 'royalty'? What do I mean?

I mean I never been a responsible leader in my entire life, heck I don't even know how to lead my friends. Well, I'm not the only one worrying about myself going through all this.

All what I know is... about being the next heir, you must be at least part of the royal blood. Well, for sure I'm not part of it.

I'm Nikaela Charlie T. Modelo. I'm 15 years old. I'm studying in Riserian Univerity.

I repeat it inside my head over and over again. Who is Nick? Well, he's my boyfriend. For 4 years to be exact. Speaking of Nick, he's having a part-time job at Frizmoe's Café. It's his favorite place. Every day we had to open a realm just to work. Well, I'll still be working later in the noon.

Jessica. Oh My Gosh. Jessica. Jessica Jarizel Shinestiya y David. The former ruler of Generation XV after her foster father, or at least that's what I heard. She's so familiar.

"Ela?" I hear Nick trying to get my attention. But I just couldn't take my eyes away from a far corner. Yes, I'm definitely staring.

"Nikaela? Yoo-hoo! Earth-to Ela!" That's when reality snapped at me.

"Yeah?" I asked him.

"What's the matter?" he questions the look on my face. I look so pale. So, weak. So not like me. "What do you mean?" I couldn't tell him, but I know he knows what I'm thinking.

He took me to our old crib in Keyjay City. Our old tree house. Where our old memories are still in. It's been 4 years. I explained everything in words I could understand myself. But then, he takes his book from the far-end corner of one of the rooms in our tree house.

He reads: "Cadas et tu sopore gravi. Excitare in loco quo invenies requiem. Et obliviscatur ejus. "

It's when I got knocked out from nothing.

I wake up on our bed in our apartment in Las Piñas City, was it? I'm still not familiar with the place though, the city rather. What happened? I asked myself, looking from left to right. How did I end up here?

Then the door unbolted. Nick. He brought me a mug of hot chocolate. It is cold seasons after all. It's practically drizzling outside right now. As I sit straight to drink up, he slowly wraps his left arm around me. That's when I leaned onto his shoulder.

"Nick?" I asked him.

"Yeah?" he said. "What happened while I was asleep?" there's this worried look on my face. "I made you that hot choco, obviously." He laughs at me.

"Haha, yeah, but seriously though?" that's when he stares at his mug. I must look like I've been staring at him. Then he finally answers. "I accidentally put a sleep spell on you back at the tree house."

"That explains it." Then I started to laugh. He laughs with me.

"Did you remember anything before we went to the tree house?" he asks me. "No, not at all. Is there something I need to remember?" I feel confused, like I forgot something. "No," then he smiles, "everything is under con- "and in a blink of my eyes he disappeared. His hot choco is on the table but no sign of him anywhere.
