      I looked at my phone for the fifth time, waiting for Bri. We had planned on going out since it was summer and we were bored. From upstairs, I heard a car honk. I looked out the window and saw a red Mercedes. I took my handbag and left. "Bye titi," I said while heading down the stairs. "Bye sweety, your mom sent you sum, it's on the table." "Thanks titi." I took the envelope and put it in my handbag. I headed out to Bri.

"Hey boo," I said as I entered the car. "Hey Des." I took the envelope out of my bag and teared it open. I took the paper and read it.

Hey sugar pie. How's everything? How's school? I heard your report card was looking fabulous. I know it's summer and I already have your ticket bought. Your voyage is in two weeks. June 27th. I can't wait to see you baby. Everybody's been asking for you. I sent you $2000 dollars for you to get ready for your voyage. Don't forget to buy things for your family members, especially your godmother and your godfather. I love you.

I took the money and put it in my wallet. I instantly got my phone to text my mom.

Thanks mommy I love you😚. You don't need anything?

A few minutes later my phone signals a message from Mommy👸💘.

Whatever you get me babygirl.

I put my phone away and looked at Bri. " I'm leaving in two weeks." "Nooo, when?" she asked gloomy. "The 27th." We turned into the mall parking lot. We spent about five minutes looking for parking.

"First off..." Bri started, "Victoria's Secret!!" We said in unison. We both laughed at each other and continued on. I decided to start buying things for my mom, godfather, and godmother. I bought makeup and chocolate for my mom. A Calvin Klein belt and tie for my godfather. And jewelry for my godmother. I also decided on buying something for the people at home.

"Bri, I bought you sum." I took out a necklace with our picture on it and handed it to her. "Ahh thanks bestfrienddd." She threw her arms around me and hugged me. "I'm hungry." I said. We laughed at my random remark.

We headed off to the food court. We chose to eat at Chick- Fil- A. I paid for us and went off to sit down. "You talked to Jaylin?'' I asked. "Nah, I'm guessing we had a school relationship." "I guess so too." My eyes were glued on two people behind Bri. "What do you mean?" she asked. She saw me staring behind her and turned her head seeing Jaylin and Andrea together. She instantly got up and went up to him. "Oh, so that's how it is now? We're over you son of a bitch!'' She turned around leaving him speechless and embarrassed. Andrea got up and left him. ''Go best friend!" I said hugging her. "I should live a relationship life like yours," she said, "no boyfriends no stress." "Thanks to my mom and her strict self," I replied. "No boyfriend till you're 18," I said mocking my mom. "Just a couple more months," we said in unison.

Hey sugar plums. How are y'all? So I deleted all my stories on wattpad and started fresh. Hope you guys like this one and I have a lot planned for this story but enjoy✨
