"Where are the candles?!" Y/N freaked once she saw that the birthday candles where nowhere to be found.

"It has to be in the counter" Jonah calmly told the girl. Y/N let out a huff, "Well they're not!"

"Y/N calm down. Stop freaking out. Everything will be fine" Daniel exclaimed as he entered the kitchen.

"I can't calm down Danny! Everything has to be perfect! Jack turns 18. It's extremely important. You know that" Y/N ran a hand through her head as he searched the kitchen for the candles.

But nothing came up making her worry even more. "Oh god. He'll be here any seconds and there's not candles for him to blow out. Oh this is bad. Oh my god. What am I going to do. Im the worst girlfriend ever. Who forgets to buy can-" Zach cut the ranting girl off. He grabbed her shoulders and looked into her eyes.

"Calm down. Everything will be alright. I'll go and find the candles. Just sit and relax. Corbyn will let us know when they are near. Just breath and trust me"

Y/N nodded as she took a deep breath and let it out calming herself down. Zach let go of her shoulders and turned to look for the birthday candles. Danny grabbed Y/N's hand and made her sit on the couch before fetching her a bottle of water.

"Here" He held the bottle out to her and she gave him a small smile. "Thanks"

She opened it before taking a big sip. She let out a sigh and her right leg began bouncing up and down due to her being nervous.

Daniel noticed and just shook his head. He knew how much Y/N loved Jack. And he admired that.

Jonah looked up from his phone, "Corbyn texted. They are around the corner"

This made Y/N jump to action as she began to call out for Zach. "ZACHARY DEAN HERRON HURRY UP! THEY ARE ALMOST HERE!" She yelled out.

"COMING!" Zach yelled back and soon she heard the running footsteps that belonged to the boy. He ran into the kitchen where the others were with a bunch of small colored candles in his hand. "Here"

Y/N and Daniel grabbed the candles before setting 18 of them on top of the cake.

Y/N frantically looked around the kitchen. "Where in the world is the freaking lighter?!"

"I got it!" Jonah informed as he walked towards the cake with the lighter. Y/N heard the car come into the driveway causing her to panic. "HURRY!"

Jonah finally got the lighter on and lit all 18 candles on. As soon as the lighter was turned off they scurried towards the living room. Y/N carefully walked into the living room since she was carrying the cake which was slightly heavy.

The guys took out their phones ready to record the scene that was about to unfold and in cue the door knob turned and soon Jack and Corbyn walked in.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Y/N and the other four guys said in chorus causing Jack to yelp in surprise.

As soon as he comprehended what had happened he shot all of his friends a big grin. "You guys! Thank you! I love it"

Zach let out a snort, "Thank your girlfriend. She was going full on crazy when she couldn't find the candles"
Y/N scoffed, "Oh shut up Herron" The others laughed.

Y/N looked at her boyfriend with a  huge smile on her face as she walked closer to him. She held out the cake forward for him to blow out the candles. "Make a wish baby!"

Jack leaned down and blew all 18 candles before carefully leaning in and kissing his girlfriend. Once they pulled away Corbyn grabbed the cake.

"All of my wishes are already true" Jack beamed causing Y/N go let out a small 'aww' and the others guys roll their eyes playfully. "Yeah whatever. I'm starving. Let's cut this cake!"
