Hello! I am a new author here.

So, I like to start by giving you a warning that this book is my very first werewolf-based story. It is also going to be different, so I am going to give you some background info. about the story that is purely based on my imagination. Here we go!

1. This is going to be different from other werewolf stories because there is no shifting involved. I know it is not going to be considered as a werewolf genre without well, a werewolf. But I used the most important (at least for me) characteristic that a werewolf story has -- the pack system. Luna and Alpha, and about mates all of those. Also some werewolf abilities. I am still not sure about this though. Maybe I will change my mind later, but for now, don't anticipate any shifting.

2. There is going to be romance, but I am not going to focus on it (I'll try). I want to focus more on how the characters are going to challenge the traditions that are set to them, and you'll find more about it as you read.

3. The treaty. You will read a lot about this "treaty" that is considered the main law of the land in this story. So to tell you about it in a not so complicated way (because all treaties are complicated) it basically states that men and women cannot live in one society together permanently. The only way that the two societies can interact is through the Annual ball, where they can find their mates and live together for a short time afterward to produce an heir if they choose to. After that, they'll go back to their own societies and depending on the gender of their child he/she will be raised by only one parent.

4. Different, but still a little bit cliché. I cannot help it I am a sucker for cliches. That's why I love the werewolf genre. Expect some plot holes too, I am an amateur writer.

5. No moon goddess or other pack positions such as beta and omega. I am going to focus more on the governing figures, and having a mate is a natural process in this story in order to continue the race..... like humans!

6. Grammatical errors. There are going to be a lot of these!!! English is not my first language, and I am still learning how to write properly.

Read at your own risk! The judgment call is yours, continue or leave. Thank you.♡
