I've recently finished watching this show and it very lovely. The series is complete while the manga is still ongoing with 72 chapters.
It's about a underage child named Livius I who was the king of the world and he never saw rain before. Supposedly he heard of a island with people that can summon the rain with a song. He asked the ruler of the island for one out of his four daughters for their hand in marriage the one chosen was a girl name Nike. Read it to learn more if your interesting.
