'Well okay.. I guess it's just you and I..." jack stated the obvious
'Yeah.. hey uhm I have a pool out back you wanna go for a swim?' I asked him
'Sure I'm just gonna go get my swim trunks' and off he went back to his house.
I went upstairs to my room and got all the necessary swimming stuff.
Speakers,towels, goggles, water guns
(・∀・ )
I finally got changed after bringing all the stuff outside and turning on the music
I heard the door swing open and assumed it was jack so I didn't really care to turn around and check.
Well until I got tackled into the water
I looked to my left underwater to see the one and only jack Avery.
I quickly swam up to scold the soggy noodle headed boy
Once he swam up he was laughing so hard his stomach started to hurt
'JACK! Why'd you tackle me!" I yelled
'Because of your reaction! It was priceless!' He said
'Wow thanks jack!' I said while splashing him
'Oh nuh uh you didn't!' He said continuing the splash war
The splash war lasted a good ten minutes but it ended with jack being the cheesy noodle and hugging me from behind and whispering in my ear
'Don't worry you still look beautiful even with you soaked in the water'
That sent chills down my spine
'Jackkkkk' I whined pushing him away to make sure he doesn't see how much I look like a doppelgänger (look alike) of a tomato.
Jack and I were so absorbed into our own little world that we didn't even notice the door swung open and revealed..
