"I'm dot sigck," insisted Hux, despite having a very messy runny nose and pink inflamed nose too. The same one was doing both. He didn't want to go through with the embarrassment of having a cold around his boyfriend who knew about his fetish so he was going to try to pretend like it was not a cold.
"Yes, you are, my dear," said Kylo back, kissing Hux's cheek.
"I do-do... huh... Ihcht! Htch! Htch! Ishhooo!" Hux sneezed into the open air in front of him, hoping the spray of germs would deter Kylo. It did not. Instead, Kylo was grinning at him.
"Ah, bless you. If you're not sick, then why are you sneezing?" Kylo asked with a smirk.
"Babye if you dusted aroud here we wouldd't have a broblem," Kylo said, pointing a finger at Hux.
"You're not allergic to dust," said Kylo matter-of-factly.
"Yeah? How do you dnow?" Hux asked, turning very slightly paler than usual. He knew what the answer was going to be, but he was stalling.
"I remember when we were in that dusty library and I knocked a book off the shelf and a bunch of dust was kicked up. I started sneezing and I heard a distinct thought from you come through- how lucky he is to sneeze so easily. I wish I was allergic to dust so I could let it all out," Kylo recollected.
Hux blushed. "Well, ub..."
"It's okay, baby. I know how embarrassed you are about your sneezes, so I'm going to not tease you about them at all. Plus I'll be around to make you food so you're not trying to cook while on cold medicine," Kylo offered. "Feed a cold? Is that right?"
"Yeah..." said Hux, defeated. He would have to surrender now.
"Let's get all comfy. I'll wrap you up like a burrito, baby," Kylo said, pulling covers and the comforter in closer to them.
"You're so stupid..." breathed Hux.
"I love you," said Kylo Ren.
"I love you too, you dumb idiot," replied Hux.
