“I can’t sleep. Tomorrow will be my first day in school. Not just the school that I used to go into, it’s a British school. My classmates, British, I may be the only Filipino in there….. I’m scared…. Ugh Liz! Don’t think too much…. Go to sleep, go to sleep go to sle-….. *yawn* “
*5:00am in the morning; skies still dark”
Alondra (Mom): *whispered* Liz, sweetie, wake up. You have school today…
Me: *still sleeping like a log, she didn’t even move a muscle* *snores* *ngrroook!! nggkowwr!!*
Mom: What the hell?! You snore like a pig! Hey you little brat wake up already! It’s time for school!
Me: * snoring* *quickly woke up* Huh?! Huh?! Julie!!?..... Oh, it’s only you mom… ugh! Why’d you call me little brat? What do you want now?....
Mom: Well, 10 minutes ago I was trying to wake up this little brat because she has school, but I think she doesn’t want to go to school. Liz, do you want to go to school or not?!
Me: *whispered* No….
Mom: What?
Me: I mean Yes! *quickly got out of bed* Uhmm…. I’ll get up now… I’ll get ready… I’ll go to school… Haha I love school, haha..ha…. :|
Mom: Well good! If you need me I’ll be downstairs preparing your “delicious” breakfast…..
Me: *sigh* Okay mom…. I’ll go to shower….
Mom: Oh, I forgot! Don’t wear your uniform today… It is only wore once in a month, it is said by the school. Liz, you hear me?!
Me: Ok mom, I heard ya!
* Liz took a shower, dried up herself, then she added a make-up on her face…. She didn’t wore her uniform because her mom told her so! So she just wore a Black Skater Skirt, Denim Top, and Floral Vans Shoes, She accessorized herself with tons of braided bracelets and a Silver Key necklace. She also wore her mood ring and then styled her hair with a waterfall braid. She perfumed herself with a Victoria Secret “Secret Crush” and then her bag is a Light Blue Jansport.*
Me: Hah! Finally! I’m ready for school! I think?...... Anyways! You’re so ready Liz! You can do it… Fighting!!
Mom: *knocks on door* Liz? You ready? Come downstairs ok! I’ll start the car….
Me: Okay Mom! *sigh* *smiles in the mirror* *walk out the door*
*Liz and her mom went inside their Mini van*
Mom: You ready Lizzie?!
Me: I’m always ready Mom….
Mom: Ready, Get set, Go!
*Liz’ mom drove the van so fast*
Me: Uhmmm… Mom? What school it is again?
Mom: Uhmmm…. London City University orr… City University, London… either of the two :)
Me: Uhmmm… Ok :)
* They have arrived at the City University, London*
Mom: OK…. So I’ll be seeing you at home and… *attempts to get inside the car quickly*
