A Demonstration

Dr.Flug's POV

I awoke in the morning, feeling well rested and energized once again. I stretched my limbs as i went to get out of my bed, walking to the lab. I slipped on my lab coat as i begna waiting for everyone else to wake up. It was rather early, so i didn't expect anyone to awake for a bit, except 5.0.5 who was already tidying up the mansion. As i worked, i found myself fiddling with a piece of paper in my hands as i looked oer another one of my blueprints. I took a deep sigh and looked down, to find that in my thought, the piece of paper i had been fiddling with, had been turned into a small paper air plane.

I smiled at my work as i examined the simple thing. I always did enjoy making these. Since i didn't have anything else to work on, why not screw around for a change? I went over to my desk and set the small air plane down next to me. I had took a few of the chemicals i had used for the anit-gravity device i had made awhile back and began to tinker with it.

Soon enough, i had exactly what i had wanted. I cheered to myself quietly as i a few pieces of colored paper from one of 5.0.5's notebooks he had laying around and made four more little paper airplanes. One blue, one orange, one pink, and one green. I took them over to my desk and grabbed the liquid i had just made, putting it on the paper. I had made it so it would react only with the paper and not with other objects. Just as i had wanted, the small paper airplanes began to dance around the room on their own. It was magical.

I watched and laughed as they flew in everywhich direction, one of them flying around my head in the process. I let out a childish little giggle before a deep voice interrupted me.

"Dr.Flug? What the hell are you doing?" the voice asked. I jumped, getting scared nearly half to death as i spun around on my heel.

"S-SIR! I D-DIDN'T-I-I-" i stuttered for words that i couldn't find, catching two of the small colorful airplanes out of the air while the other two still aimlessly floated. I watched nervously as BlackHat's hand came up and snached the orange one out of the air. He examined it and looked at me.

"And what are these supposed to be?" he asked with a blank expression. I gulped.

"T-they're just s-something i made s-sir. I didn't h-have anything e-else to work on s-so my mind wandered for a m-minute," i said truthfully. He rolled his eyes before lazer beaming the one in his hand. I tensed as he dropped the ashed to the floor and his heels clicked as he walked over to me. I shrunk down at his gaze as he approached me.

He stared at me and the last blue air plane that still floated in the air, i snatched into my grasp. BlackHat looked at me, amused with my cowering, but soon frowning afterwards.

"I didn't come in here to watch you play with little planes Doctor. I came in for a demonstration," he said firmly. "And i better get one or else there will be consequences," he threatened darkly, showing a dark smile. I began to feel myself sweat again as i quickly scrambled for the device that lay on my desk. As i did, i emptied out a small box that had blueprint papers in it and set the airplanes inside, closing the lid so they didn't float off again.

I took out the small ray gun again and held it in my hands, walking up to BlackHat to show him how it works. I cleared my throat and pointed to a few buttons and switches, showing him the basics.

"A-and that's basically h-how you'd be able to set how l-long the ray l-last's," i explained finally. He nodded.

"Now let's get this over with please, i don't have all day you idiot," he said impatient. I nodded and took a step back, aiming the ray at him as my hands trembled with nervousness.

"R-ready sir?" i askedd. He sighed.

"Will you just shut up and shoot already?" he asked. I gulped and a small ray of blue light came out and shot at BlackHat. He flinched a little bit, making me a little nervous. The ray seemed to let out one small blast of energy, making me fly back but nott seeming to affect him in any way. I hit the wall behind me, making me groan and look at the smoking ray gun in my hands.

"S-sir?" i said looking up to find BlackHat just standing there. Silence filled the room as he looked at me blankly.

"Flug...."
