I stood against my 2017 Red Lincoln, waiting on Myceen. She finally came out the house looking sexy but classy.

"Good morning, beautiful." I said as I helped her to my car. She smiled happily.

"Good morning,Daniel." She replied.

"You ready to go?" I asked her.

"Yes." She said. I opened her car door and helped her inside.

"Thank you." She said. I got inside and drove off to our destination.

"How did you sleep?" She asked.

"Fine." I said looking at her quickly and returning my eyes to the road.

She reached over and turned the radio up as Anita Baker "Angel" started to play. I personally thought that Myceen has the best voice I've ever heard.

She started to sing but she sang in my direction and she looked at me with a love she's hiding within. I couldn't help but smile.

By the time the song was off, we were at the restaurant. "This is beautiful." She said admiring the building.

I got out and helped her out. "I'm glad you like it." I said looking down on her smiling.

Once we were seated and had our food, time flew by and we connected on another level.

"Want to go for a walk with me?" She asked.

"Yeah." I got the door for her and we walked from that point on.

"How's your family?" I asked.

She made a face that told me things weren't well. "You don't have to answer if you don't want too." I stated.

"It's fine, the family members I do communicate with, they're doing good. As far as the others, I'm not sure. They basically shut me out of their lives." She sighed. I felt bad for her.

I gently gave her hand a squeeze. "I'm sorry for asking and I'm also sorry for you dealing with that alone." I stated.

She gave me a small smile. "Thanks for showing you cared. How's your family?" She asked.

"They're ok." I said. We finally walked back to my car and I drove off once we were settled in it.

We pulled up at her house. "Thanks for breakfast, I enjoyed myself." She said as she kissed my cheek.

I smirked at her. She playfully rolled her eyes.

"You're welcome and don't roll your eyes at me." I said licking my lips.

She laughed. "Boy bye you think you my daddy or something." She started laughing more.

"You wasn't saying that when I was hitting it in every way and everywhere." I mumbled. She looked at me with a irritated expression.

She hits my arm. "Ouch!, I'm sorry I was halfway joking when I said that. I'm only saying halfway because it's true I was doing that and you loved it." I said realizing I went too far.

"You're right, I did love it but that's the past Daniel." She replied.

After she said that, I helped her up the stairs to her house.

We reached the door step, and I wish our morning didn't have to end. "I hope we can do this again, I really enjoyed your company." I said smiling.

She giggled at me. "I did too, and don't get your hopes up too high." She smirked and pecked my lips.

I sucked my teeth when she did that because she was being petty. "Girl come here." I said as I pulled her into me.

She looked shocked at first but relaxed as my lips caressed hers.

She broke the kiss after a little bit. "Have a good day Daniel." She smiled and moved towards the front door.

"You too." I replied once she was inside.
