Two trans boys meet at a trans-therapy group, Damian and Mikey. They start our as mere friends, seeing each other only twice a week. But soon enough, the only therapy they need and have is each other as their friendship blossoms into something new.
But Mikey realizes that his partner has been sneaking out to go to these sessions, and that his parents are extremely trans/homophobic. It isn't to long until Damian is caught. And as Mikey starts T and his journey into freedom, Damian is anything but free.
