"Just give me five more minutes please," Bloom asks Amelia once she notices she's tapping her.

"Five minutes will turn into thirty, so no get up now." Amelia tells her as she pulls the blanket from over her body knowing she'll get cold.

"Fine mother," Bloom says rolling out of her bed with a dull look displaying on her lovely features as she walks into their bathroom.

"You will thank me later." Amelia says in a sing-song tone even though she's exhausted herself.

Taking steps towards her closest Amelia pulls out a pair of dark blue skinny jeans, a white t-shirt and her white air forces.

She knew her light caramel skin tone would complement the white well, so she carefully pulled the clothes onto her body.

"Whom are you looking cute for?" Bloom asks coming out of the bathroom looking more refreshed than before.

"No one, and if you don't hurry up you'll be late." Amelia tells her looking at her unruly hair in the mirror deciding to look for her snap back.

"Yeah yeah," Bloom replys picking her outfit out of her closest which consists of black ripped jeans, a black sweatshirt and black converse.

"If you finish in time, I was thinking we can go get breakfast before class." Amelia suggests giving herself a once over before collecting her books.

"Maybe," Bloom shrugs examining her small figure feeling quite disgusted.

"You have to eat something," Amelia tells her looking at her friend with a worried expression.

"I know," she says quietly as she grabs her clothes heading to the bathroom to change.

After a few minutes she comes out fully dressed showing the figure she's slowing starting to get back.

"You look good boo," Amelia tells Bloom grabbing her keys off the dresser.

"Thank you, so where are we headed?" Bloom responds smoothing out her short curly hair.

"I was thinking Starbucks," Amelia tells Bloom as they both walk out their dorm making sure to lock up.

"Okay white girl," Bloom replies with a laugh as Amelia gives her a look before laughing herself.

"Amongst other things," Amelia says lowly as she thinks to what people say about her.

"Just a joke Mel," Bloom tells her linking her arms with hers knowing it would bring her out of her funk.

They both continue to walk out of their residence going to the Starbucks in the building across from theirs both thinking of what they'd be getting.

"Welcome to Starbucks, what can I get for you today?" a barista asks in a sickeningly sweet tone causing both Bloom and Amelia to look at each other as the woman proved their theory.

"Two iced coffees and two ham and cheese breakfast croissants." Amelia tells the young woman as she types the order into the cash register coming up with the price.

"That will be 14.25," she tells both girls eyeing them feeling belittled.

Amelia pulls out her wallet and hands the girl a twenty dollar bill as Bloom looked at her in shock. The girl took the money and gave Amelia back her change along with a receipt telling her it should be ready shortly.

"I thought we were going half on it." Bloom states as her and Amelia walk to an empty table sitting down.

"Don't worry about it B. I had extra money, so why not spend it on my girl." She tells her with a smile plastered on her face.
