JUNE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO LET SKYE STAY FOR THE NIGHT. Skye wouldn't have agree to go to a house of someone she barely knew if it wasn't for undercover purposes. It all happened when Erwin offered to give Skye a drive home, she rejected him but he insisted so she had to tell him the truth, that she just got chased out of her rented apartment due to debts. Well, June just appeared to be next to them at that time. June definitely surprised Skye when she invited her back home but Erwin had told her that June was the kindest among the seven, so she assumed the better. Nontheless, it wasn't enough for her to put her guard down.

Skye looked up the name Scarlett Ridley on the MacBook June borrowed her. Although she's not sure, there is a possibility that Scarlett is related to the mysterious hooded person. Or worse, she could be the hooded stranger herself, but that would be too easy. Just to be careful, Skye had to do some research about this woman. Unfortunately, there wasn't much about her on the net.

"What are you looking at?" June startled Skye by showing up behind her all of a sudden, she nearly fell from the couch. "You seem so into i- oh, checking up our client?"

"It's nothing much," Skye said, slamming the laptop shut.

"You're still too young, kid. There's so much more you need to learn." June took a sip of the coffee in her hands.

"You're just two years older than me." Skye frowned, obviously not happy with June's statement.

"One can experience a lot in two years. You don't know what I've been through, kid," June said, her usual cheery tone gone.

"Stop calling me that," Skye complained.

"So tell me, why did you get into this business?" June asked.

"Personal reasons," Skye simply replied. June nodded understandingly.

"I guess that's all for tonight. Don't go to sleep too late, you won't want to be yawning in front of Seth tomorrow, he doesn't like it." June chuckled.

"What is he? The leader?" Skye mumbled, it was loud enough for June to hear.

"Well, there's another guy that used to be our leader. You may have heard his name this afternoon, it's Cyrus. Too bad he isn't with us this time, the whole world seems to have lost contact with him after our mission four years ago," June said. "Seth used to be his right-hand, so I guess everyone assumes that he is the most suitable for the position this time. Technically, yeah, he is the head of the team."

June was about to enter her own bedroom when she turned around and faced Skye again. "Whatever personal reason that is, it's going to endanger your life, so make sure you're ready for whatever is ahead of you. Good night."

"We're going to New York," Seth announced. The whole crew started making noises, some cheered and some groaned. "Quiet. Mission purposesㅡwe all know that Logan Jewelry's main factory is right there, we'll have to go check it out."

"And where do we stay?" Eve asked.

"We'll be living under one roof, Erwin said he got our place covered," Seth answered.

Skye was definitely happy of the idea. One, she has a place to stay for the meantime and two, it made her spying job a lot more easier. For her, it's double the advantage.

"What is your plan?" Drax asked.

"You know I don't like plans, Drax. We'll just go with the flow." Seth smirked. "Oh, and one more thing, your planes are leaving tomorrow. We'll be divided into different teams and will be taking separate flights to avoid suspicion. Me and Skye will have to take the last flight tonight, we'll head over there first. Any questions?"

Nobody said a word.

"I assume you all agree so, dismiss."

"Don't you have anything to ask me?" Seth smiled at the younger female that was initially looking out of the window. They are currently in the plane, waiting for it to take off. Skye stared at him, not sure if she should let out the question that has been lingering in her head. Seth relaxed and closed his eyes, leaning his head towards the seat. "I've seen lots of people, Skye. I can see that you have a lot going on in your head. How about this: I'll give you three questions, not more and not less. After that, you'll have to answer three as well from me, deal?"

Skye reluctantly agreed. "Tell me more about Scarlett Ridley."

"That sounds more like a demand rather than a question," Seth said. Skye rolled her eyes internally.

"Can you tell me more about Scarlett Ridley, pretty please?" Skye batted her eyelashes oh-so-innocently. She wanted to slap the smug look off of Seth's face so badly.

"Well, she payed for our flight tickets," Seth said. Skye waited patiently for another word about Scarlett from the male sitting beside her, but there were none.

"That's it?" Skye frowned.

"Yes. And, that's another question wasted. One more left," Seth sang the last sentence.

"Bu- fine." Skye thought about the last question long and hard. It made Seth freeze for a moment in his seat when she blurted it out. "Where is Cyrus?"

Seth recovered quickly and answered Skye with a small smile hanging upon his lips. "I don't know, he doesn't pick up his phone. Now, it's my turn."

Skye gulped as Seth gave her a stern look.

"Who exactly are you? Why did you want to know about Cyrus?"

She knew it, she shouldn't have let the last question slip out of her mouth. It was a careless move. Well, she couldn't take it back anymore. Just before she could make up an excuse, Seth targeted her once more.

"Is Cyrus your brother?"
